Will consumer pay for the infrastructure improvement cost?
No. The Distribution Franchisee model is based on efficiency improvement. The DF derives revenue by fixing systemic lacunas i.e. technical and commercial loss and for the same invests to improve overall infrastructure. SNDL’s investment in infrastructure has no co-relation with the Tariff increase. Tariff is a MERC subject.
