Shopping & Delivery :
1. When will I receive my purchase?
We do not hold stocks of any products. We attempt to process every order within 24 hrs. Exact shipping time depends on the availability of certain products and will be communicated during the purchaseprocess.

Imported Catalogue  : We back order your purchase with our suppliers across the world. Our standard delivery timeline is 14 days for Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad & Bangalore) and 16-20 days for Tier II cities. This is to allow time for international shipping.

Domestic Catalogue We back order your purchase with our suppliers in India. Our standard delivery timeline is 5  days for Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad & Bangalore) and 8 days for Tier II cities.

2. Do we deliver products outside India?
Currently we deliver only within India. You can place an order on our website from anywhere in the world; however please ensure that the delivery address is within India.

3. What are the courier services that Cart2India use?
Imported items are shipped by our courier partners which is Chronos Couriers. We also use Blue Dart, TNT, Speed Post & Gati for local shipping depending upon your location and reach.

4. Will I be intimated with the status of my purchase?
Yes. You will be receiving an Order Number against every purchase that you make. Once your purchase is shipped from our warehouse, you will also receive a shipping reference number or the courier tracking ID. All communications pertaining to your purchase status would be done through emails. You can also contact our Customer Support Executive to know more about your purchase.

5. Can I choose the delivery date?
We are unable to make changes to your expected delivery date. Once we receive the stock in our Order Processing Center, the items are sorted and put into parcels for dispatch to our members. During this preparation phase, we are unable to intervene to dispatch your parcel before or after the others.

6. What is the Cart2India Return policy?
** Imported Catalogue – We will accept the return of your purchase only if the item received is in damaged, defective or incorrect. All such issues need to be reported to our Customer Support Executive within 1 day of the delivery.

** Domestic Catalogue – We will accept the return of your purchase only if the item received is in damaged state. All such issues need to be reported to our Customer Support Executive within 1 day of the delivery. For any defects with the product, please contact the manufacturing company

** We may ask you to send us the pictures of the damage/wrong item received.
** Returns will not be accepted after 3 days of delivery
** All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact along with invoice.
** Please do take care that that you pack items securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
** Cart2India will assign pick up only in pincodes where our courier services are available. The item needs to labelled with Cart2India shipping address
** For all self shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.
** For all self shipped returns, once your return is received by us, you will be reimbursed the shipping cost bared. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of being unused, returned within 3 days
** Refund or Replacement of the returned purchase would be based on the verification of the item by Cart2India Product Specialist.

7. How long will the entire returns process take?
It can take up to 5 days for us to receive your return, depending on your location and the courier service you use. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect and start the process of refund or replacement within 72 hours

8. What locations are covered for pickups?
Return pickups are currently available in Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad & Bangalore) and some Tier II cities. Please contact our Customer Support Executive for more information

9. Where do I send my purchase return?
Please make sure that the following address is clearly printed/written on your returns parcel in cases of both pickup and self shipping:

  2. I want to buy your “Breville BTM800XL One Touch Tea Maker” for the usage herein INDIA. As you know, our AC Power Supply is 220 – 240 volts & its Frequency is 50 Hz. What is the supply & frequency requirements of this Breville product, your co. imports?

    Also you haven’t mentioned of its warranty also. Please clarify these queries at the earliest.
