When do I get an Invoice copy by e-mail?

Actually, I have booked a ticket from your site EZEEGO from Delhi to Chennai on 04-DEC-18 for 9th Dec’18(INDIGO). But due to my personal reasons I cancelled the booking. Now, its more than a week that I haven’t received the full refund. Even I have tried to connect to your executive but your incorrect (or) diverted numbers did not work. Hence, kindly refund the amount apart from the your site booking charges.
