Shipping Policy :
Freight Charges :
** The freight charges are exclusive of present and future taxes that we are being levied or may be levied by the regulatory bodies from time to time.

Octro/Taxes/ Others :
** All taxes such as Octroi and other statutory payments levied of your shipments are to be borne by the consignee and in his absence the same need to be borne by the shipper.
** Global Air Express reserves the right to lien on any shipment till that time all levies are paid in full in respect of freight, Octroi and other taxes.

Service Tax :
** Service Tax AT % of the freight value will be levied as per chapter V of the Finance (No.2) Act 1996, and made applicable to courier services with effect from 1st November 1996.
** Any shipper availing courier services is liable to pay the service Tax in full and as leviable from time to time.

Payments :
** Payments in respect of bills for services rendered are to be cleared with in 10 days from the date of bill without any conditions.

** No deductions in bills are permissible for whatever reasons.
** Global Air Express the right to stop services in case of default in payments terms.
** Global further reserves the right to levy interest AT 3% per month on delayed payments.

Refund Policy :
** Refunds would be processed to the credit card/bank account/wallet account used for shopping, within a maximum time span of 7 working days from the date of receipt of returned product by Ramraj Cotton.

** However, if any product is delivered that is not the same as per your original order or is delivered in a damaged condition; the same will be replaced by us at no extra cost.
** For the process of replacement of such product/s please see the section above how to return your product.

Return Policy :
** If the product is found to be defective or damaged, you can simply return the item within 15 days of receipt to get a replacement of the same or exchange it for a different product.

You may return most new, unopened items sold by Ramraj Cotton other than the ones mentioned below. All merchandise returned must be in Re-saleable Condition with original packaging and must include all accessories / freebie supplied.

Conditions for return :
** Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags and labels.
** Products/Items must NOT BE used.

** We regret that we will not be liable for refund for any item returned that are received by us damaged or lost in transit.
** It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no damage of goods in transit.

Conditions for non-return :
** Specific categories like inner wear, lingerie, socks and clothing freebies.
** Custom made product
** Any consumable product which has been used or installed.

I purchased 4 banians from ramraj showroom at chrompet in march 2023.Today one banian I used.It has 2 holes on front side.Worst quality.I am using ramraj banians for more than 10 years.Now credibility is shaken.Next time I would like to go for someother brand.I have informed ramraj using friends not to rely on ramraj banian kept inside the sealed cover.100% cheating.You cannot prolong cheating all in long run.

  2. Hello, My name is Radhakrishnan, I work abroad and have been a regular customer of their Ramraj Cotton Showroom in Kumbakonam for the last 4 years. It is customary to buy bunions and panties once in 6 months. But I bought a bunion and panties last April. But since this time the purchased bunions began to be used the stitching has all but split. This is the first experience I have seen in the last 4 years, i.e. the feeling of declining quality develops.

  3. I ordered for 2 pairs of medium mask😷 iam supposed to get 5 colours but i got 3 colours 2+2 same colour and 1 different colour.. It’s really disappointed me and lost trust on company it’s my advice don’t cheat other customers like the way you did it to me, and the packing also not done properly masks were strucked indecently.

    My self G S VENKATA REDDY retired senior manager from Canara Bank settled at Bangalore.
    Today around 2.00 pm I have selected one Polo T shirt and dothi online for Rs 1525/- and proceeded for put through the online transaction through my debit card. I have put through the transaction and my account has been debited Rs 1525/- which is reflected in the statement of account. Whereas I have not received any message for the order I have placed from your end, and not even the ID for the online order from your office. Immediately I tried calling for the following number’s
    04214304147, 04214524147, 04214328747, 04255254147, 09842274147. .. but I am not able to connect to any of the numbers. I request you to look into the transaction details from your statement of account and share the details and consider my order and deliver the ordered items at festival time. Otherwise please reimburse the amount received to your account. I felt very bad because of no response from your side for any of the number’s I have called. In anticipating that at least now you will consider my request at the earliest. Please call back to my mobile number at the earliest. My mobile number 9481828671.
