** peopleonline.co.in offers free shipping within India on all products. We pay for shipping, octroi and other taxes.
** You only pay the value of the ordered product.
** We currently ship products only within India.

** You can place orders from across the world but delivery addresses are restricted to India.
** We ensure that we deliver the orders the fastest and depending on the location deliver most of the orders in 2 – 7 days.

Returns & Exchange Policy :
** If you have any problems with your order, especially in terms of fit, size or colour, or if you come across any defects, we’ll be happy to refund the amount. Please return the unused item with tags within 30 days of receipt.

** You can initiate the returns by logging into your People Account. Reverse pick up will be done from our side where ever feasible. In the extreme circumstances, you may be asked to send the products through a reliable courier if reverse pickup facility is not available in your area.

** A maximum amount of Rs.200 would be reimbursed towards the shipping cost in the form of People Credits. You can call our customer center on 080-67593833 / 080-46485144 in case of any clarification.

** We will refund the money or issue People Credits, as per your choice. Refund/People Credits will be initiated after we receive the product at our warehouse. For Credit card/Debit card/Net Banking payments, it may take upto 2-5 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your respective account (depending upon your bank).

** For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be done through NEFT, and it may take upto 2-3 business days for the refund amount, to reflect in your bank account. People Credits will be issued within 2-3 business days and can be used to purchase again from peopleonline.co.in.
