Shipping & Delivery Policy :
** Taruni.in follows a delivery time frame for national and international orders and takes into considerations any restrictions that could be imposed on delivering these products. Our policy entails information for the products and services we offer.

Shipping & Delivery Policy (Products) :
** At taruni.in, shipping will be done on weight and not on per piece basis.(Cost / Weight Policy)
** We will be charging 1500/kg on shipments. Weights will be standard for each vertical: Ready to wear – 1.5Kgs, Kurtis – 0.5Kg, Leggings- no charge, Lehengas – 2.5Kg, Dress Materials – 1Kg.
** For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies/ speed post and/or Taruni’s own delivery system.

** Shipping free in India (2-3 Days for Metros, 7 days)
** For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only.
** (Shipping Internationally – Rs. 1500/kg increases with number of products and the weight)

Payments :
** Taruni is proud to use credible payment gateways for fast, easy and efficient secure payments. All major credit cards are accepted.

Shipping and Delivery Policy (services) :
** Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration. For any issues in utilizing our services you may contact our helpdesk on +91 9492021805.

** Unless delivered goods are damaged, customers are required to bear two way shipping costs for exchange of clothes.
** Customs duty may apply, depending on the legislature of the country the clothes are being shipped to. The customers will be required to bear the same.

Cancellation Policy :
** Taruni believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.

Under this policy :
** Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 36 hours of placing an order (after which the ‘cancel’ button will be disabled) However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

** There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.

** No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Taruni marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.

** In case of receipt of damaged or defective, please report the same to our Customer Service E-mail ID. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 3 days of receipt of the products.

** In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
