Exchange and Cancellation Policy :
General Terms :
** It is agreed that, the Buyer is aware of the Terms and Conditions at the time of placing the order.

** Considering the bulk shipping for gifts, The One Shop would not entertain any cancellations once the order is placed.
** Please make sure you are fully aware of the product you are ordering, the suitability of occasion, and the quantity required prior to placing the order.

** Once an order is placed and the payment is through, it would not be possible to cancel the order in full or in part.
** Similarly, we do not allow any exchange of product once the order has been placed.

Damaged Product :
** We take all care to check every product prior to despatch.
** In the rare case of a defective product reaching a customer, it would be exchanged or refunded after due verification, only if the Buyer notifies us within 48 hours of delivery.

** For international shipments, we do not offer any exchange.
** The corresponding amount for the price of the damaged product in INR will be refunded only into any Indian bank account to be provided by the Buyer.

** The buyer should send us the image of the damaged product over email or WhatsApp within 48 hours of receiving the order, and the refund / exchange will be done after due verification by our operations team.

** The decision of the management would be final on the approval of any exchange / refund request.
** It is the responsibility of the Buyer to make sure correct bank account details are provided in case of any refund being made.
