How do the logistics work?
After you confirm your booking, its our responsibility to pick, repair and deliver your device. For Bangalore and Hyderabad – We provide free pick up and drop service. Our executive will pick up your device at a time convenient to you. It is brought to our repair center and post repair delivered back to you. In most cases this is within 2 days.

For other cities – We provide free courier service in all other cities across India.
The process is as follows :
** Once you confirm the order we dispatch packaging material to you
** Pack your device in the material you receive. This is to ensure your device reaches us safely and there is no damage in transit
** We repair your device and courier it back to you

What are the delivery charges?
Delivery is completely free of cost. There are no additional charges for pick/drop or courier service. The price you see on the website is the total amount you have to pay.

What is the estimated delivery time?
For Bangalore and Hyderabad, the estimated delivery time is 2 days for most of the cases. Some mobile issues may take longer to repair and you will be informed accordingly. For other cities – The total time from order booking to final delivery would be 10-15 days.

Can I cancel my order after creating the booking?
** Yes, you can. You have the freedom to cancel the order till the time the phone is physically picked up. For cash on delivery orders – at the time of pickup you pay a non refundable amount of Rs.299.

** So if you change your mind later you can still cancel the repair but this amount would not be refunded. For orders with online payment – If you cancel the order before the pickup the complete amount gets refunded within 2-5 working days.

** However, if you cancel your order after the phone has been picked we deduct a service charge of Rs.299 and the balance is refunded within 2-5 working days. To cancel your order after booking please give call us at 040-43334666.
