Payments And Returns :
When can I return the product received from Flatsale.online?
You can return product if :
** You received faulty/defective product
** You received physically damaged product

** Products sold under specific promotions, details of which would be mentioned in the Product page Terms and Conditions, Returns/ Replacement requests will not accepted under these kind of cases.
** No replacement is provided for those products bought in Deal/Offers.

Is there any item not eligible for return/replacement*?
All products that can be resold are eligible for return. The following products are not eligible for return/replacement :
** Products that have been worn/washed/soiled
** Innerwear, lingerie
** Products which were sold as combos/sets, are not eligible for return/replacement as individual products

** Seal open branded electronic items cannot be returned in case of not being happy with the product as they can’t be resold
** In case of branded electronic items, brands’ return, repair and replacement policy will apply
** No replacement is provided for those products bought in Deal/Offers.

What are the Terms and Conditions for return/replacement?
** Products must be in their original condition
** Only unused, unaltered, unsoiled products with their original tags will be accepted

** Brand packaging should be intact
** Refunded amount can be credited to customer account via Flatsale credit points (Flatsale points)

** Brand’s policy shall apply for specific branded product. We source branded products and these products are bound by brand policies of repair, exchange, refunds and cancellations thereby binding the customer with the same

** Replacements will be made basis availability of that product on the website.
** If we are processing customer’s refund, we will debit the courier charges.
** No replacement is provided for those products bought in Deal/Offers.

How can I return the product received from Flatsale.online?
** If the delivered product falls under any of the above mentioned cases, we request you to write us at care AT Flatsale.online or raise ticket at support AT Flatsale.online within 3 days of receipt of your order.

** We’ll arrange for pickup of your package within 7 working (Business) days of receipt of your request through one of our courier partners.
** No replacement is provided for those products bought in Deal/Offers.

Cancellations :
How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order any time before the shipping of your product. We ship product next day of receiving order :
1) You can login to “My Account” in bottom right side of page and click on order you wish to cancel. Then click on cancel button.

2) You can also call us at customer support number given in first page of website
3) Write us at care AT flatsale.online or raise ticket at support AT Flatsale.online to cancel your order.

How long will it take to cancel my order?
** We take 24 business hr. to cancel your order and initiate refund if applicable. You will be intimated once cancellation is complete.

Shipping Options :
** We ship on all business days, excluding public holidays.
** We work hard to dispatch all our orders within 2 (two) days but sometimes it may take longer as per the availability of products with our Sellers.
** Our Stress-Free Shipping policy implies that your order will reach you in the best condition and on time. To make this possible we partner with reputed logistics companies.

** While we strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
** All our orders (including gifts) will be shipped with a price tag as per the Indian Tax regulations.
