Delivery Details :
Where do we deliver?
Currently we are delivering throughout Delhi and in majority areas of Gurgaon and Noida. We intent to include- Faridabad, Greater Noida and Ghaziabad soon!

When will be the goods delivered?
We strive to deliver the goods within 2 working days from the date of placing the order. In case of Gurgaon and Noida, it may take 3 working days. Our executives will contact you to schedule the delivery before dispatch.

What are the delivery charges?
Grocerybag.in provides free home delivery for order values exceeding value Rs.800. Orders below that value will be chargeable at Rs.100 per order placed.

Can I change my order once placed?
You can get in touch with our customer care on 9810113831 Or info AT grocerybag.in before the order is dispatched for delivery.

How do I make payments?
Currently we operate on cash on delivery to purely facilitate transactions at the earliest and keep our products at the most effective price level.

How can I cancel or amend certain items from my order?

What do I do if I find an item defective or not to my liking?
In case you are not satisfied with the product received, you can return the same to the delivery person at the time of delivery and deduct the amount from the payment. We encourage our customers to thoroughly check the products at the time of delivery.

After delivery is done, the patrons are requested to intimate the return of the goods in not more than 3 days from the date of delivery to the customer care.

  1. I have brought a shirt which is very large, I want to exchange the shirt. But while exchanging, the exchange service is not allowing to your address. What will I do? I want a sample size.
