Good morning sir. Your all virtual advertisements are indicate lower wastage but reality is very opposite. Kindly once again check all the jewellers and reduce the wastage . Kerala designs is always lowest wastage for every shops but you are charging very high rate 11.3% We are also saved gold for our future so only we started with chit schemes. But now you changed wastage, there is a difference between your jewellers and other jewellery shop 4 to 5 % . Really we can’t afford it. We trust Lalitha jewellers but you are charging more than other jewellers . But you provide 2% additional discount for cash purchase customers why not we get ? We are also regular customer for you store. So Kindly do the needful. As soon as possible. I am expecting your valuable reply.
