Beauty People Refund Policy
Cancellation of Unusual Orders:
Cancellation of an order is only allowed till the time the order has not been shipped. You can check the status of your order on the Track my Order Page. For Cancellation request, please contact our customer care on 8800686175 or email us at bpcustomercare@beautypeople.co.in
Refund/Return Policy:
We will not be accepting any returns. Items once ordered can not be returned. Incase of a specific issue, we will refund the adequate amount but no reverse pick-up will be done for any item. Please raise a request for the same to us over an e-mail and we shall revert on the same in 24 hours.
Refunds :
Currently as we are not accepting any returns, we will be giving refunds/Coupons for special cases only.if query raised within 2 working days after delivery and If approved, you’ll get the refund on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and deposit the refund too. It takes up to 7 working days for a refund to reach your account. Shipping Fee is non-refundable.
Damages and Issues :
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. No complaint will be entertained if notified after 48hours of Delivery.
Beauty People Shipping Policy
Confirmed orders will be shipped within 24 to 48 working hours. Once shipped, they’ll be delivered to you within 4-5 working days. Estimated delivery time may change due to the customer’s geographical location, shipping destination, product availability, and courier partner’s delivery time & location. A delivery fee of Rs. 60 is applicable on orders below Rs. 499/-.
In case of one or more defective products in your order, please register a single complaint as the replacement will be arranged only once. Customers are advised not to accept tampered or damaged shipments.
