Poor services. Pathetic is the word. Staff is rude and have no technical knowledge. Customer service numbers don’t work. Basically you will be on the mercy of the local cable operators who can even threaten you if you try to raise your concerns.

Number one worst services provided by PMPL, please do not use this connection. It is very slow.
I am really surprised. Megbala broadband help desk service is too good. At first, they couldn't solve the issue but finally it is overcome. I don't know the guy of this helpdesk, who solved my problem which I faced on all above the day. I am very happy to see his effort which he produced again & again to solve and After talking about 45 minutes finally he resolved that problem without feeling bothering. It will be more helpful if they answering the customer's call soon who are in troubling. Sometimes they are busy for a lot of time, It is very difficult to communicate at that moment when customer really need the connection well. Kindly take a effective step to resolve this problem. Hope this service can reach the number one service provider. Thank you so much. Great work and great service.
