payment was Debited from my account, but not showing in Swiggy balance

I had ordered food in Chennai at the time of payment the amount has been debit from my account but where as it has shown some error that your order has been not accepting the online payment at this time and your money will be refunded again it has booked throw COD but till today, You doesn't get my amount back.
