Shipping

What are the shipping charges?
** Sellers provide FREE delivery on most of the items in India. Some items may have shipping depending on the nature of the product.
** Shipping charges are mentioned clearly on the product detail page, and also Prices may be different for different countries to account for shipping costs as sellers are free to set their prices and prices listed in INR are only for India.

How will the delivery be done?
** We process all deliveries through reputed courier companies like BlueDart, Aramex, DTDC, DHL,FedEx and Indian Speed Post.
** In some cases where the pin code/zip code is not serviceable by these courier companies, we use Indian Speed Post for those deliveries.
** If there is no courier service available in your area, we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.

How can I track the delivery of my order?
** All Zipker items are delivered through reputed courier partners who will provide you with a Tracking ID for your order by which you can track your delivery on the respective websites of our courier partners.
** We email you the tracking number after we dispatch your order.
** You can also see the tracking number in your order history panel in your account when you login.

Who would be responsible for paying local taxes in countries outside of India?
** Customs Duty & other international taxes etc. if applicable will have to be borne by the customer according to the laws of the land.

Return Policy :
** Please note that all items must have the original security tag, label and must be returned in the same conditions as delivered by the Company.
** Any item returned showing signs of wear or tear, altered, resized (by anyone / entity other than the Company) or damaged in any other manner shall not be accepted for return/exchange.
** Return/exchange is only applicable if the products which you received in “Damaged/Defective/Broken” condition.
** Zipker will then log a dispute and initiate a process of resolution between the Seller and the customer.
** Customer will have to send an image of product through email at customercare AT zipker.com.
** The return shipping to seller for the product will be borne by the customer.
** Please note that products you don’t like due to any reason can not be returned.
** If due to any reason you want to return, then there will be a deduction of 30-40% of the total order value.

Refund :
** We can refund you when the seller notifies us of the receipt of the item back from you.
** Remember that items have to be returned to sellers directly by you.
** Once the seller notifies us of the receipt of the return item, we will credit the amount back to you within 15 working days (does not include Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays).
** If the mode of payment was Credit Card/Debit Card/Netbanking, then the amount will be refunded in the same account as you had made payment from.

  • Today I received a product from zipper with product number 100408736 and tracking number 783345108448 and I really want to return this product as the quality of the product is worst as I opened the product. So please return this worst product asap and I want my money back.

  • I want to return my product. I am not satisfied with it. There is no response from your website. When you people cant give proper services then why you have given in your website even return policy available. Not even a single customer care number is available.

  • Even after so many mails and calls there is no proper response from the customer care. If you are unable to provide proper services to customer then please shut this bloody website and go home. Don't cheat the customers like thi, .not even a single customer has given a positive (or) a good comment for the zipker website. I don't know whether you really have some respect, you people are surviving from our money, shame on you.

      Zipker.com lets you experience a hassle free return/exchange policy, in case buyers don't like the ordered items or find it damaged, they can speak to our executive sregarding it within 48 hours of receiving the product. For further more details, just go through Return & Exchange policy.

      In case a buyer receives defective or damaged product, he is asked to send us photos of the product at [customercare AT zipker.com] within 48 hours of receiving the same. Buyers don’t need to worry for shipping charges because if it is seller’s fault, the return shipping charges to the seller for the defective product will be given by the seller only.
