  • Worst customer care,had ordered a sofa on 4th June and was supposed to be delivered on 19th June. Till date there is no update from them. Everyday I used to contact customer care and the only reply I get is that "Seller is not responding". From yesterday I am not even able to get on touch with their customer care, it's as though they have blocked my no. No response on whatsApp and emails as well.
    Totally fed-up

    I have placed order for office chair(ROY0074935 ) it was suppose to reach on 27th oct,2020 but still there is no response from whatsapp as well as customer care chat as well as customer care.
    Please at least respond via email or let us know the status of the order. Contacted local store then they do not have any idea about the online order and told to contact WhatsApp number but from WhatsApp no one is responding. Kindly assist we are in complete blind situation.

    Please atleast respond via email or let us know the status of the order. Contacted local store then they do not have any idea about the online order and told to contact whatsapp number but from whatsapp no one is responding. Kindly assist we are in complete blind situation.

  • i have book a dinning table online on 15th Aug, still i have not received,
    its very difficult to connect with the costumer care no. which don't connect,
    i do not know whom to contact and find out, its really pathetic,
    watts up also they don't respond & even in the chat on help,
    they don't have any concern towards the customer.

  • recently for my office we bought very expensive chairs, on order we transferred the entire amount,...they committed with in a weeks time it will be delivered....but we literally waited for more than 3 weeks for delivery. THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND OTHER TEAM ARE HOPELESS...NOT ANSWERING PROPERLY AND LITTERLY FED UP. WANTED SOME MORE PRODUCTS ,,,,BUT NOW NOT INTERESTED TO GO TO THEM.

  • Worst & pathetic services. I bought queen bed worth Rs.34500/- from electronic city showroom on 20-10-2018 and for installation, I had contacted the person, after multiple calls he came and did the installation partially, now their is no response from the manager Murali, Showroom Manager Asraf, Technician Firoz and Mubarak. Post sales; do not expect installation without 1000 follow up with store manager, Technical manager, Receptionist. Please do not pay full amount for your order, if it’s you will die for services.

  • Customer care executive and Banaswadi Branch Manager are cheating and never respond. They are not willing to give Small refund amount which I paid as an advance. I never expected a company like these. My request to all never pay any advance to them.

  • Worst service and hopeless customer care never responds. Its cheating customers with beautiful advertisement but hope less service. I have booked coffee table and delivery was promised with a day till date not yet delivered and when I am trying to contact the customer care there is absolutely no response. Never ever recommend nor look for any product from Royal Oak.

      If your order doesn’t arrive within the particular delivery timeframe please let us know. Tracking information is provided via email for most of the orders. On event, orders may become lost in transportation, delivered to the wrong address, or consigned to a person other than you.

      This may include a family member, neighbor, co-worker, or property manager. Packages may also be left at your front door, garage, or in a location hidden from plain view. If for some reason, your delivery has not been received within the specified timeframe and cannot be located with the tracking information provided, please contact us.

      In the case of COD orders our courier will make one to three attempts to deliver the order after which it will be returned to our warehouse. ROYALOAK reserves the right to not accept COD orders from any person including persons who have not previously received products and issued payments.

  • Worst services! We booked two king sized beds on 15th which got delivered by 20th in our new flat but they haven't got installed till today even after continuous requests to the store. Your policy says delivery within 72 hours and installation within 48 hours of delivery. So basically you guys got it delivered late so it becomes your sole responsibility to install them asap even if its a Sunday. We have been sleeping on the floor since three days. We paid your entire amount in advance and this is what we get in return. We are never going to order from you people ever again!

  • I brought sofa on 20-Aug from Bannergatta branch. On 22nd Aug they came and delivered the product. I am very disappointed with the way the delivery people handles the product. They literally thrown the Sofa inside my home and they damaged one portion too. Why is that negligence? More over they are asking extra money.

  • I bought a almirah from your ring road branch on Wednesday with a promise from Waseem that we will not be required to follow up for delivery and installation. However I am sad to advise that your customer service is the most pathetic I have come across. Even a small time furniture shop does a better job than the so called reputed company of yours. Even after multiple calls and assurances of "100% today installation" you guys have not yet installed the almirah. I am disgusted with the false promises and flat lies and want to speak to the owners to give them this feedback. Even after multiple request the customer care team(Ms Gangs) has not connected me to the senior management. I have been advised on multiple occasions of a firm time for installation however no one has turned up yet neither anyone has any courtsey to call and apologize for the delays. I strongly recommend that your team better manages the delivery and installation schedule or else you should stop selling when you know that you can deliver on the promise while selling the goods.
