Step 2 : Login
** You need to be registered with us to place an order.
** Your login saves your cart for future.
Step 3 : Logout
** Once you are done shopping, review your cart.
** You can either ‘Continue Shopping’ if you forgot to add something or you can ‘Logout’.
Step 4 : Delivery Slot
** We provide daily Delivery Slots. Now choose a day & time slot whichever is available you want your delivery and click on “Payment Mode”
Our Delivery Slots are :
** 11.00 AM to 1.00 PM
** 1.30 PM to 3.30 PM
** 4.00 PM to 6.00 PM
** 6.30 PM to 8.30 PM
** You can select from the above given available slots.
Step 5 : Payment Mode
** Our Payment Mode is ‘ Cash on Delivery ‘ & you can also pay by CCAVENUE.
** We accept Sodexo Coupons on Food Items.

What are the delivery charges ?
Delivery is free for orders above Rs.1000/-. For any orders below that we charge Rs.25/- as a delivery fee.
What about any other extra charges ?
There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The price mentioned on the website is the final price. What you see is what you pay. Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices.
Will someone inform me if my order delivery gets delayed ?
In case of a delay, our customer support team will keep you updated about your delivery.
Can I make changes into my delivery slots ?
Delivery slot cannot be changed once the order is placed. In case of an urgent requirement of change of slot please contact our customer support team and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
Do you do same day delivery?
We do same day delivery provided you place order before 11.00 AM on the day you want the delivery. Extra Delivery Charges for Rs.________/- are applied, for details contact our Customer Support.
How can I check availability of next slot before placing order?
Once you log in to your account, you will notice that on the right side of the website, under “Shopping Cart” the next available slot in which you can order will be displayed.
What is the minimum order for delivery ?
There is no minimum order for delivery but we charge a nominal delivery charge of Rs.25/- for orders below Rs.1000/- in value. We are not liable for any delay in delivery, it only guarantees the delivery within the slots provided based on ideal conditions Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order).
While we shall strive to deliver all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability. Please note all items (including gifts) will be delivered with an invoice mentioning the price,
Express Delivery :
** Express delivery option is available anytime between 10 AM to 6PM everyday, which will be delivered on the same day, if the order is placed upto 11.00 A.M., for details contact our Customer Support Team.

Refunds Policy :
** We will process the refund after receipt of the product by Garg Dastak.Com Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order Orders paid by credit/ debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit/ debit card within 7 working days and the refund will reflect in the next statement.
** Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to bank account. Payment received on delivery (Cash on delivery) will be deducted from the original invoice if you wish to return any/some products at the time of delivery.
