Rules & Regulations
** Entry is restricted to one person per ticket, which is valid only for a date and specified time.
** Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
** Foods from outside and alcoholic drinks are not allowed inside park. Intoxicated persons are not allowed to enter the park.
** All persons, bags luggage and parcels and any other items is subject to security check at the point of entry to the park and at such other locations inside the park as we consider appropriate.
** Please show common courtesy to fellow park guests and our service staff. Do not use any foul language and engage in unsafe and offensive behavior.
** Please maintain discipline in ride queue area. Members of the group are not allowed to join those already in queue.
** Proper clothes must be worn all the times while visiting the park.
** “Sythentic dress is compulsory to go in pools and Rides” Dress like Sarees, Dupatta, Long Pants, Shirts, Jeans, Burkha, Denim (Jeans, Three fourth Jeans) cargos & Indecent attires are not allowed in Water Rides / Pools.
** Since many rides inside the park are adventurous in nature, guests are advised to follow safety instructions of lifeguards, ride operators and displayed instructions near rides for safe riding.
** Management will not be responsible for any injury/accident due to negligence of Guests.
** Pools are shallow. Do not dive into pools.
** Pregnant Women, heart patients, persons with high blood pressure and those prone to epilepsy are advised to avoid fast/adventurous rides.
** Parents are advised to pay special attention to their Children. Children should be accompanied by adults.
** There are certain height restrictions in some rides. Children below stipulated height are not permitted in those rides.
** Guests may have to leave the park even before closing time if the situation warrants.

Please let me inform. What is the entry fees for today? We are 9 peoples. 5 are adults and 4 are children.

We have booked online our four tickets for Aquatica Water Park Kolkata, transaction successfully show (Rs.1000/-) but ticket not received and finally again purchase counter tickets for entry Rs.2000/- for two adults & two children, but till time our on line booking amount Rs.1000/- not refund by your side. Please refund our amount.

What is the age limit for children?
Before few minutes I called to inquire about the passes. There was no proper response.
Kindly provide me the contact number. I want to book the tickets.
How much is the charge in weekends? Please let me know.
As per your rule outside food is not allowed inside the park, however food counters inside the park are charging more than MRP on the packed items. Today when I visited the park, such incident happened and when I asked for the receipt it was denied and I was told "Do what ever you can do". When I asked for complaint register that was also denied, then on insisting I was given a feedback form which I filled in and asked for receipt. Again I was denied, with misbehaviour in inquiry counter. I told person to record his statement of denial. Then I approached the manager. I registered my complaint verbally. He assured me that he will give my acknowledgement through mail, but till now I have not received any acknowledgement. You are again reminded to acknowledge and give suitable reply, else I will raise this illegal issue to appropriate forum.
How can I book tickets online?
Today I booked 2 Tickets in total of price 200. Is it booking price or ticket price? I want to know.
