  • This is regarding my booking FTP2366720 for Chennai Drop. The driver was one of the worst kind I have ever seen. My Daughter has travel sickness and had vomited little which i personally wiped it and cleaned it thoroughly before leaving the cab but still he insisted that i pay him extra cash for it. And when I refused it he starting using abusive language in front of My whole family. Is this kind of drivers you have. Your rate tarif is the most highest compared to other App based cabs. Still we book in cabs through you . I Have always preferred to book cab for Airport only through fast track but this was the worst ever experience my family and I had. Such a shameless driver. As I was getting late for my flight I didn't have any option but to give him extra cash as he was not ready to listen and was abusive and a man of low moral. i had to save my image among so many other passengers so I paid him extra. I hope you look into this matter with seriousness and punish such drivers.

  • Today I have booked a trip from Akbarabad First Street Kodambakkam and to Vasantham Marriage hall at Srinivasa Pillai Street West Mambalam. I was told approximate charges Rs 168/- whereas I was forced to pay Rs 265/- for the trip. Distance covered for the trip hardly around 3Kms plus. Bitter experience. Unfortunately I have not use AC facility since I have booked a non AC compact car.no rain nor traffic snarls. Less than 10minutes trip. Today I had a Bitter experience with fast track call taxi company.

  • I have travelled from Valasaravakkam to Chennai airport. Booking ID is 52912 08/11/2018, 05:00 AM. Need bill for the above trip INR 314.16.

  • Self traveled on 13-11-2018 from Chennai Poonamallee to Airport and paid Rs.402/-. Please send the bill. Booking ID is 78744.

  • Fast track a famous cab provider for a long time, but where to lodge complaints? No proper contact number (or) mail ID.

  • I need a bill to for every travel. Is there any provision to send the bill regularly to my email id? When enquired with Fast Track, they say the bill will be sent only on request. This is becoming difficult every time to remind for bill for every travel. Every time we cannot keep calling and inform the details of ID numbers & email id. When others can able to do it why not FAST TRACK?

  • I WAS SIMPLY LOOTED ON MY WAY TO AIRPORT BY CHARGING RS.2000 MORE THAN BY DRIVER. MY BOOKING ID IS 29981 ON 25TH JANUARY,2018. FROM SRIPERUMBADUR TO TIRUPATI,PONDICHERY, CHENNAI AIRPORT FOR THREE DAYS. I HAD TO PAY MORE THAN DECIDED AMOUNT. ALSO NO RECEIPT WAS GIVEN. REPEATEDLY I CALLED ON 60006000 AND NO HELP EXTENDED AND DRIVER HAD HIS WILL. MY COMPLAINT WAS NOT REGISTERED AND THEY DON'T HAVE CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE.

  • Today I have booked cab from Madananda Puram to Koyambedu 7.45 pm. My bus time is 8.50 pm. Till 7.35 pm I was not received driver details. Then two times I have called them. They have given me details, but the driver was near Airport. He need to come to my place. It will take minimum one hour ( it's ridiculous giving such a driver details). Again I have called fast track. They told me as within 5 minutes will provide the details. I have not received any details till now. When we are booking cab they are promising to provide the cab but they are not bothered really. Such a situation happened to me 2 times. This is the right time to correct every thing.

      ** Time & Kms will start from the customer's point.
      ** Passenger has to check driver name and ID number before boarding to the cab.
      ** If ideal waiting is more than two hours and exceeds 30 kms,will be converted to 4Hour package (Indica / Indigo / Logan / Swift / Etios).
      ** If ideal waiting is more than one hours and exceeds 40 kms,will be converted to 5Hour package (Tavera / Innova / Xylo).
      ** Hourly packages are applicable only in city limits

Something is wrong somewhere or otherwise how such message could come repeatedly. Please do the needful in the interest of general public.     Your company did not have the courtesy to reply regarding non availability of vehicle till now. I booked the vehicle to pick me up at 5pm.

  • Previously when I book fast track call taxi, I used to get SMS about distance traveled & amount to be paid. But later I am not getting bill details except thank you SMS. Why?

    • Please refer the complaint Number 24308 dated 07-02-2018. I have not received refund for the excess fare collected from me. I provided required bank account details to enable NEFT transfer. I am told by your staff that refund will be credited daily but not done. Please arrange refund with out further delay.
