Shipping Policy

** Carzex.com has a transparent and clear shipping policy for all orders placed on our website, without any special exceptions.
** We understands that getting your purchase quickly is important to you, so we ensure best possible methods are being followed to deliver the purchase to your doorstep.
** We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time promised by us in our website.
** We offer FREE Shipping on orders above Rs.500, on selected products ordered through our website.


** Each order may be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order.
** If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders.
** We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 2-4 working days of the order.
** However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 5 working days, depending on the pin-code serviceability area and the mode of payment chosen by the customer.

** In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 7 working days of the order (case wise exceptions) , we shall cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and send you an email informing you about the same.

** In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded, in the manner you have made the payment*.

Return Policy

** In the event You receive a damaged / defective product or a product that does not comply with the specifications as per your original order,

** Upon receiving Your complaint, Carzex shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint and if Carzex is convinced that the complaint is genuine, Carzex will process your request for a replacement.

** However, in the event of frivolous and baseless complaints regarding the quality and content of the products, Carzex reserves the right to take necessary legal actions against You and You will be solely liable for all costs incurred by Carzex in this regard.

** Before accepting shipment of any product, kindly ensure that the product’s packaging is not damaged or tampered.
** If You observe that the package is damaged or tampered, request You to refuse to accept delivery and inform Carzex at the earliest.
** The return process of the product may be restricted by Carzex depending on the nature and category of the product.

** In order to return any products sold through the Website, You are required to comply with the below mentioned conditions, viz -Please notify Carzex of receipt of a damaged/ defective product/service within 48-hours of delivery to You.

** If You are unable to do so within 48-hours, Carzex shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order, Products should be unused;

Cancellation by the User :
** In case of requests for order cancellations, Carzex reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason whatsoever.

** As part of usual business practice, if Carzex receives a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/ approved by Carzex, Carzex shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount to You within a reasonable period of time.

** Carzex will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed.
** Carzex has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not.
** You agree not to dispute the decision made by Carzex and accept Carzex’s decision regarding the cancellation.
** Carzex reserves the right to cancel any orders that classify as ‘Bulk Order’ as determined by Carzex as per certain criteria.

** Any Carzex cash or Promo Code used for placing the ‘Bulk Order’ will not be refunded as per this cancellation policy. An order can be classified as ‘Bulk Order’ if it meets with the below mentioned criteria, which may not be exhaustive, viz:Products ordered are not for self-consumption but for commercial resale

** Multiple orders placed for same product at the same address
** Bulk quantity of the same product ordered
** Invalid address given in order details
** Any malpractice used to place the order
