Shipping Policies

Domestic Shipping :
** Shipping charges vary based on the customer shipping addresss/city and total order weight.
** The exact charges city/state wise are displayed in the table below
** Please allow 2-3 working days for your order to be dispatched by the Seller.
** The orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes or military addresses; rural domestic addresses require one or more additional days to deliver.

** Orders requiring engraving or any customization will require additional time.
** For shipments delivered outside Delhi, the customer’s state may charge an OCTROI Duty on the top of the price of the item.

** These charges are beyond our control and can’t be reimbursed.
** Domestic customers are responsible for any Octroi Duty charged by your state government.
** We are unable to predict which shipments will be charged these fees or the amount of the fee that may be charged.
** In cases of refusal, either the cost of the goods or return service costs will be charged.

International Shipping

** We do not offer International Shipping at the moment.

Tracking :
** An E-mail containing your package tracking information will be sent to you when your shipment has been dispatched.
** Please mail us at support AT schoolkart.com in case of any questions.
** To cancel your order, you will have to get in touch with our Customer Support Team by sending an email to support AT schoolkart.com, stating your Order Number.
** If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available or any other related reason) any extra cost spent by Schoolkart Technologies Pvt Ltd for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User.

Cancellation Policy

** In case we receive a cancellation e-mail and by that time the order has already been “processed” by the seller, the order cannot be cancelled.
** Schoolkart Technologies Pvt Ltd has the complete right to decide whether an order can be cancelled or not.
** The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Schoolkart Technologies Pvt Ltd and accept Schoolkart Technologies Pvt Ltd’s decision regarding cancellation.

** Schoolkart Technologies Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment been received.

** The 100% payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.

Replacement/Exchange Policy

Any product ordered can be exchanged within 7 days of receiving the order, except in the following cases :
1. Items that have been used or opened
2. An item not returned in the condition it was received.
3. Any item received by Schoolkart in a damaged condition.

We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:
1. the item may be damaged during transit
2. or there might be a manufacturing defect
3. or that a wrong item is delivered to you
