  • CataC is third class cheater. None of their customer service contact number works. Probably they have blocked incoming calls on all those numbers. They don't even respond to email and message posts. They are interested in selling their third class rated products only. After sales service is not their concern. I have been trying to register my service request at their Delhi numbers for quite a long time as my chimney hood is down for maintenance, but not yet succeeded.

  • The customer care centre is unresponsive since many days. I have a serious issue with leaking gas stove in Bangalore. Can you take this issue up as soon as possible? I am clueless as to whom to reach out to.

  • I purchased one dish washer on 27/5/2015 but it was repaired in the month of dec,2015. When I called customer care they told only that it will repair in 2 days but now 2 months over. Still it is not repaired. We also called show room in BANGALORE(tile print) and management in DELHI no one responded. So it is worst company. There is no good service. Its very bad and very worst worst bad&no other words to tell or scold.

  • Can I get CATAC support/service center number in Bangalore. Looks like all the numbers listed on their website are either not working or no one is picking up.

  • Need to get my hob serviced. Not able to get through you. Also, my auto ignition is not working.

  • Please do not buy any Cata product. As mentioned by other reviewers here, neither the product is good or the service is good. I've been using Cata for last 3 years and it has broken down at least 4 times which the service person came and fixed after going behind them, for which I had to pay visitation fee as I'm at Mysuru. Their dealer in Bangalore has changed few times. The latest one doesn't even pick the call. The service rep in Delhi, if you get to them, will provide you a number in Bangalore which nobody has picked for the last one month. Moreover the hob at least is not designed for India. Regretting my decision to by Cata hob.

  • None of the numbers work and no one responds! How do you get service from CATA? Have been trying all week.

  • I Have been calling the above number but no one is picking up? What kind of service is this? Need to speak to your top management.

  • I purchased Cata CHIMNEY RS 60 INBOX having 3 yr warranty in yr 2014. Chimney stopped working and after removal of defects free of cost the authorized centre at Ranchi, Jharkhand is demanding Rs 450 as the visiting charge to reinstall the chimney. Is it correct demand as the product is under warranty ?

  • I am following with you and your team from last NOV 2015 Regarding a exhaust fan. We purchased 3 exhaust fans in june 2012 by 1 yr 1 exhaust got spoilt and was replaced after follow up for months. Now the 2nd ehaust also has spoilt. Number of times I have called to your customer care and response is contact bangalore service centre savita. After following up with Savita for 3 months stating that motor needs to come from germany so and so In feb 2016 finally motor has been arrived and service guy took nearly 2 hrs time to fix the motor and would not replace the motor as company has changed the model . You need to purchase a new exhaust fan. Please understand customer is buying your product paying premium price for only 3 years functioning. I have sent mails from 25th feb not a single revert from your side. If there is no revert from ur side in next 7 days i am filing a consumer complaint.

    Number of times I have called to your customer care and Mr. Himanshu but response is zero. Please understand our problem and resolve the same ASAP.
