Regarding for the new syllabus...Completely unfair for engineering student.......plz change the syllabus....as it was before!!

I have applied for Maharashtra Engineering Service Group A & Group B Preliminary Exam 2018. After completing the form, the PC get shut down. I have not been done the payment.
