I am very sorry to say this, worst service provided. Why means I booked Hyderabad to Bangalore bus at 10'O clock but they came at 12'O clock asked means they behaving worst and scolded. Very very bad service, please try to provide good service.
I am a regular traveler of Diwakar. This time, I am going from Hyderabad to Kolkata as on 17/8/18. The pick up van was late for 45 minutes, when I called just three times in land line number, the office staff shouted at me as if I am going free. Its not a pleasant with valued customers. Next time I have to think before travel in Diwakar.

I booked ticket for 2 passengers, but bus cancelled on 2nd Jan 2017. My ticket no is DWK1742085. Still I have not received any refund. If I called head office they are not at all speaking with respect, and your call centre number is not working. How will the customer contact you guys if there is no proper contact number in website? Please refund my money, thanks.
