Shipping and delivery policy :
** For any insurance product purchased via coverfox.com – Barring the plans mentioned below in the exception list[1], a soft copy of the policy will be emailed to the email id provided at the time of buying the product.
** The soft copy will be emailed to you by coverfox, the insurance provider /company or both.
** The Insurance company will also courier a hard copy of the policy documents, within 15-21 days of buying the insurance policy.
Refund Policy :
** In case of a refund due to an erroneous transaction or cancellation, the premium paid for an insurance product will be refunded via cheque or direct credit as per the policy of the Insurance provider, that you have chosen to buy the product from.
Cancellation Policy :
** In case of a cancellation, the premium paid for an insurance product will be refunded via cheque or direct credit as per the policy of the Insurance provider, that you have chosen to buy the product from.
** You do not need to return the copy of the policy documents received by you, in order to cancel the policy.
