Shipping Policy

** The large majority of our orders are shipped within 3 working days of the order, and delivered in 2-3 days from shipping.

** We ship through leading courier services, and you can track your order online after it is shipped.
** In the unlikely event we are unable to deliver any items in your order, be assured that you will not be charged for that item, or you shall be refunded the full amount charged for the item.


** As mentioned above, we ship most items within 3-5 working days of the order.

** However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 7 working days, to ship the order as we may have to procure it from some other stores or our suppliers.
** In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 7 working days of the order, we shall cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and send you an email informing you about the same.

** In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded, in the manner you have made the payment.
** We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
** To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.

Cancellation & Return Policy

** We have a no-questions-asked return policy. You can return the product till 15 days from it being delivered.

Kindly note; the below mentioned products cannot be returned :
** Sunglasses, Swimwear, Lingerie.
** For your return or cancellation to be processed, the product should be in unwashed and unworn condition, with all the tags and labels intact.
** Your refunds typically take upto a maximum of a week to reflect in your account depending upon the bank.

1. In how many days will I receive my product?
We are equally excited to send your order as soon as possible! :D Once the order has been processed, the estimated delivery time of your order is 7 – 10 working days. We will let you know about the same via email and SMS.
You could also use the tracking link sent to you in the order email to track the exact status of your order.
If you’re logged into your account, just click on ‘Track Order’ and select the product. We’ll show you the order status right away

2. Can I exchange my product?
Oops…We unfortunately do not have an exchange policy at the moment. But you can always return the product and the amount will be refunded within 7 – 10 working days.

3. Can I return the product?
Yes, you can!  Wooplr follows a ‘no questions asked’ return policy. The product can be returned within 15 days of being delivered. Please write to us at support AT wooplr.com or call us on +91-7846072277 to raise a return request.
Kindly note the following products cannot be returned: Sunglasses, Swimwear, Lingerie.

4. When and how will I get my refund?
Once the product has been picked up by our logistics partner, the amount will be transferred within 7 – 10 working days. In case of Cash on delivery payment, we would ask you for your NEFT details and will transfer the payment to the account.

In case of Online payment, the amount will be transferred back to the same account from which the payment was made as we already have your details.
Refunds can only be availed in the above stated methods.

  3. I ordered 3 same colour shirts but all the received shirts are in different colors. There is no customer support, so we cannot contact the wooplr team. Wooplr totally bad.

    मैंने 3 समान वापस किये थे 9 दिन पहले जिसमे से एक की कीमत रिटर्न हो गई हैं लेकीन 2की आभी नहीं आई है 1कीमत 451रुपये आगआगई है जबकि इसी के साथ मैनें एक ओर स्वेटर वापस किया था उसकी भी कीमत 451रुपये नहीं आइये और एक साड़ी 685 रुपए की थीं उसका पैसा नहीं आया है और रिटर्न सफल दिखा रहा है

  16. My customer has placed an order of shoe, his product is damaged when he saw it after opening the product. He was told me that his ordered product is damaged, I will made a complaint to wooplr and he accepted my exchange complaint. He was sent me a mail and in the mail there was written ‘your product exchange is confirmed, my person is went to you for receive the damaged product’ but it is the 5th day of complaint no one comes. Do it fast, otherwise it will become a problem to me, none will buy products from my store.
