We have been trying to call Cygnus sales & services for their support for the chemicals they had supplied for waste water treatment. We are totally disappointed to get no reply on phone as well as on emails. I am being ex thermax employee was not expecting this kind of response from thermax as well as their franchise. While ordering the chemicals, promises were made to extend full support about their performance. After supplying chemicals, 2 (or) 3 visits were made and later on franchise Cygnus sales and service stopped picking the calls at our end.
Our last communication with Cugnus sales & service is as under :
After our minutes the meeting , we didn’t have any kind of communication in context to further trials required to be conducted at ETP.
I am trying calling Mr Nilesh Lachake, but there is no response from his end. The way initially interest was shown in selling the chemicals, no interest was observed while proving the chemicals on site, inspite of there is scope.
Shall we escalate the matter to higher ups to speed up the process. We are totally disappointed the way the franchises M/S Cygnus sales & services have shown their poor response in attending the subject.
