About Us
Karnataka Cooperative Milk Producers’ Federation Limited(KMF) is the Apex Body in Karnataka representing Dairy Farmers’ Co-operatives. It is the second largest dairy co-operative amongst the dairy cooperatives in the country. In South India it stands first in terms of procurement as well as sales. One of the core functions of the Federation is marketing of Milk and Milk Products. The Brand “Nandini” is the household name for Pure and Fresh milk and milk products.
I want to inform you that nandini parlour in chandra layout opp to BBMP office chandra layout 2nd stage they are charging extra 2rs per Blue packet milk. Every day i will bring 3 lts milk and 1ltr curd. If I ask him why he is charging extra he is telling for cooling charges but other than this nandini parlour they are charging per MRP. Customer care is not working. I wanted necessary action to be taken against him.

I want to inform and request you to take necessary action. In jigani nandhini parlor I have purchased skimed milk the shop fellow has taken rs.10/-for one pocket but the mrp was printed on it is rs.8/- then I asked and informed that person that as per the act you should not sold the product beyond the MRP If any one make a complaint your license itself will be cancelled. But that person told me that from Jigani to dairy all the shops are selling like this only,and also I am taking this excess of rs.2/- is to keep the product in cool condition. Let me know if any permission to this people to collect like this.
But you know very well that selling the product more than the MRP is wrong as per the act.
Not only nandhini parlor, all local shops, bakeries also selling half litre milk pocket one rupee more than the MRP. Nandhini products only they are selling like this. This will lead to public that the responsible persons at nandhini are not taking care about the customers. And spoil the company name.
You please think that one rupee for per half litre blue pocket, and calculate how much money the shop fellows are earning that much amount all the public people will loose per day.
All other brand of milk are sold at MRP only.
I request you to check from your side also and take necessary action.
I want information regarding payment of money for farmers.
