** At anandinda.in we understand your needs and thus bring you new products at your service.
** However you need not lose heart if you do not like the product.
** In case you need to return a product which is not satisfactory,

** you just need to give us a call on our customer care helpline 9222226696,
** between 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM, or drop us a mail on info AT anandindia.in.
** we anandindia.in request you to activate returns within 2-4 working days of delivery.

Need to return :
** You can call us or e-mail us within 7 days from date of delivery
** Please mention Order number in subject line to help us quickly process your returns and ensure that the returned product is unused and undamaged and in saleable condition.
** Request you to cooperate and maintain the original packaging of return items including original Anand India tags.

** Please ensure that all the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
** To Return the Product the shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
** For all self-shipped returns, please ensure that your shipment reaches our warehouse within 10 days from date of raising the return request.

Refund option for you:
** If Customer is not satisfied with our product, just give us a call and ask for the replacement of the product.
** We will give him/her a credit note (we will give extra 5% on the purchase amount for his/her next purchase)
** Through courier after receiving the parcel and customer will also get a call from ANAND INDIA that we have received your parcel.

Return :
** If Customer is not agree with our credit note. We will return 75% to them and 25% will be deducted from the purchase amount.

  2. I ordered one mini sewing machine from Anand India but it is not in working mode and now they are not allowing to refund and for replacement, they told me that I have to courier them for replacement. Totally fraud company.

  24. I purchased a hidden camera after watching their advertisement on TV. It got delivered on 18th aug’16. I paid rs 1900 cash on delivery. Upon opening the parcel through the condition of product I got to know that it is second hand. The very next day I called up and requested to return the product. Firstly the customer care executive told that I won’t get the money back as its not refundable. I read out company’s exchange/return policy for him in which it was clearly mentioned that the product is refundable. I sent the product back on 20th aug’16 and ever since I have been calling them continuously. Every day i get the same answer that you’ll get the money back in next two days. Its been almost a month now and I have not got the money back however their exchange policy assures to return the money within 20 days. This is the worst shopping site I have seen. A very bad experience with you. I would suggest others never purchase any product from them as they are big time cheaters.

  25. I bought the knee hot belt that was the stupid product. I returned the product with all your return policy. Now it’s been 5 months. Till now I didn’t get my money back. Every time your company saying that manger is not there and they need financial assistance. With in 5 months you can’t give my money back. So what return policy you are following? Atleast you need to do your duty otherwise don’t be an admin or manager (the manger who haven’t came 5 months so they can’t sign my cheque) the replay I’m getting last month. I need my money back.

    I have purchased your product Noni Shampoo but at same day I am using. It is badly damaged my hair and my face also black colored. I have tried to get information. How to return back the belt ie address and name of courier but no response at all. I have written detailed letters to MD,CEO,& VP they are also silent is this the way you deal with customers that too an 84 years old customer, an ISO 2008 certified company.

  58. I had purchased two slim belts from you. Both belts have gone out of shape and nyoprene cloth is defective. My complaint no is 474590 dated 19th Mar.
    I am sending both belts back through courier today.
    Please see what best can be done to rectify the defect. I had discussed with Customer Care Executive also.
