  1. I had a very bad experience at Green trends Sainikpuri franch. Since this franchise is charging higher price than other franchise present in hyderabad. According to them my hair is long hair for them and not medium. And charged including gst ₹9401 for Karetine treatment for straighting, later I have checked the price with other green trends and also the price given on green trends website, for the same service they are changing including gst ₹8112. They are claiming that they will charge their own price and even though its a franchise they are charging very high price than other franchises. I told them that already price is given on the green trends website, they said that they will not follow the price given by green trens, and they will charge as per their wish. If customer is not aware of the prices mentioned on the site or with the other franchise they are fooling customers and charging way more higher price.
    They will be behind the customers to give them very good rating. They will also not give you proper bill, after asking for the bill multiple times they gave me the bill. Earlier they told me that they will give free membership and charge the membership price only but later they changed their words.

So I visited Green Trends and asked for a simple straight cut (I also mentioned my problem that I had an incident that happened at home – my hair got caught in the fan and we had to cut it to remove it from the fan) and mentioned that I wanted nothing fancy like a layers and so on. The person who attended to me was so nice and patiently listened to all my queries and cleared me. We opted for two options. One is layers and the other is a short straight cut which is what I came for. After the first cut, I asked her to shorten it even more before I thought about taking this chance to embrace a new look, since the haircut we made at home looked awkward and small. I’m happy with the haircut she gave me, which was a short straight cut.

    What really concerned me is the bill. The bill is 1283, including tax. When I asked about it, they said it’s a creative haircut and that creative haircut they mean is inculding all types of short hair cuts, even if it’s straight.

    I paid the bill and they informed me that I’d received an E-bill. When I checked the bill, it said “Root Touchup”, I immediately called their number and asked about it and they said it was the same service and they billed it in that name because that particular service is not yet allocated to that person who me a haircut.

    When I asked for a simple hair cut, the receptionist allocated this person to me because i wanted a simple straight cut and after having a conversation with me for a while, they decided that they can charge me whatever they want in the name of creative style. Also, the person who explained all this on call told me that they charged me this price for the time they spent listening to what I wanted. Isn’t it a common thing to listen to a customer while they enter?

    Mistakes on my side are, not asking a price in the beginning and left the salon without seeing the receipt. Inserting the bill and my haircut for your judgment.

    1. My issue with the billing is solved. The salon manager handled things professionally and solved the issue with a refund. Thank you for the service.

  4. Very bad behavior from sridhar who claims to be a regional head. Very rude and very bad the way he is talking is completely unacceptable.. I need immediate call els I will go legally..

  5. Very bad customer service at Green Trends Tindivanam, called the listed number 3 times but no one answered, hence i went there in person at 09:30 AM but was told that no one had come yet and i will get a call once they staff arrive, its 10:39 am now but still no call.

  6. Worst experience I had in Ambattur Green trends. I went for a hair color service , they did it well but within 2 wash my entire color was faded and it’s seems exactly different from the what I did on the first day
    Very worst products they are using, very costly
    Not worth the amount we have paid
    Waste of time, cost and hair
    Please don’t go to Greentrends for hair colour g
    Apart from money, you will lose your hair texture.

  9. i went for shaving for near jayangar branch how the bad that i got bleeding in my nose there was risk of life.. there to much care less people where anyone can be infected there there no proper safety for customer..this first time i was scared while doing shaving on 24/04/2021 at 145 there no proper protection.. and safety of the customer

  10. Worst experience in coimbatore papanayakenpalayam branch my son 5 years old his ear got cut while doing hair cutaneous gave lethargic answer I want to escalate this issue

  11. Green trans murlinager very very bad service. My son has gone for haircut he don’t understand what we want the style I called that service fellow and ask him to do nicely he trimmed all hair and its looks vry ugly my son told him not to do with trimmer but than also he had not lissin my son and removed all hair..too much if u don’t the service how we required..blady basted how can u trimmed all hair who ask u to do like that now can u give back my sons hair back..

    in Jagamora greentrends.The service was so bad that i got rashes on my body and head.So poor service

  13. We regret to bring to your attention about the poor service and treatment that has been given to customers at Greentrends Franchisee salon at Muralinagar, Visakhapatnam, Andhrapradesh.

    1)They have been trying to charge Rs.320 per simple haircut, where as their online price list says Rs.220 inclusive of hair washing with shampoo and drying. 2) No real measures to counter COVID-19, except name sake measures like they wear one pair gloves and attend all the clients.They did not check my temperature. No foot sanitisation and no santisation at seating areas as they claim.
    3) When I tried to discuss these aspects with the Salon Manager, he is very arrogant and irresponsible and not willing to answer any of our queries properly, above all asking us to get the service at his terms if we are intetested. Subsequently, he refused to extend service to us.
    4) As such the business is dull for every body, if they have this kind of irresponsible people who does not know how to behave with clients as Salon Managers, i do not know what will happen to their business?
    5) Needless to say that my self , my relatives,friends and known people will never go to Green trends Salon.

  14. Green Trends in Karur is very worst. Especially girls behavior is very very bad. They are not responding properly.

  16. I am regular customer of Patia Bhubaneswar branch.I have done my hair straightening, which was done badly at first but again redone by another stylist. My suggestion is those who opt for a particular staff kindly take consideration.
