** Voonik will ensure that the products are delivered in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible.
** Most of the items are shipped for free.
** For items that require separate shipping charges, we will indicate it clearly in the item detail page and during order placement.
** If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including shipping charges.
** If you cancel part of the order, shipping charges will not be refunded.
** At this point, Voonik.com delivers products only within India.
** You have the option to return or exchange items purchased on Voonik.com.
** Return/Exchange acceptance varies from 7 days to 30 days of the receipt of item and depends on our sellers and Affiliate partners.

    I don’t think so and that’s why let me tell you the story, so that you can imagine what a PATHETIC experience I had on my FIRST shopping @ VOONIK.

    I placed an order for shirt on 25th July 2016 by prepaid mode of payment and I got an order acknowledgement email on the same day. On 26th July, I got an email stating that you are unable to process my order, without any reason. Can you please tell me what was wrong? If the product was not available with the seller and you were trying to coordinate with other merchants just like others do, then you might be generating CLONE order number, but shouldn’t you at least inform the customer?

    Suddenly, I got an email that order is accepted by you. As I wasn’t sure what was actually happening, so I emailed you on 28th July to know the updated status of my order. Now I received an email on 29th July 2016 stating that my order is in transit. Were you waiting for my alarm to wake up?

    Finally, my order was delivered on 30th July 2016. WOW!!! I am honored with product quality.

    However, the shirt did not fit me and so I thought of replacing it. On 31st July, I submitted the replacement request online. However I did not get any email or sms confirmation about the return request. WHY? Have you generated the RMA history for my order number?

    Suddenly, on 1st Aug 2016 @ 09:03am, I got a message that the courier boy will pick up the product on 1st August. I rescheduled the pick up request as I was not available. I got a call on 2nd August from another courier boy for the reverse pick up. I handed over the product to him and got a confirmation receipt from the courier logistics whom you may call Reverse Logistics.

    Now,I got an email from your team on 3rd August 2016 @ 1pm stating that your courier partners are unable to reach me to pick up my package for return and if want to return the product, I need to click on your mentioned link, which I did and got a confirmation on your website that the request has been accepted.

    At the same time, I have emailed your team regarding the DEPLORABLE experience I had with Voonik. As requested by your team, I have provided the receipt which the reverse logistics boy gave me. On 5th August, I got an email that the refund will be initiated. And today you are replying that you are cancelling my return request as you were unable to reach me.

    Are you kidding?

    Let me tell you 1 thing that I am spending time after Voonik not because of my 658 rupees. If I would be after the money, I would have called you and made your life hell. I don’t even need that money. Keep it with yourself and do party on the floor with your team members. The reason of wasting my time is that you are cheating me.
    Your company needs funding, then ask for it. This is not the correct way. Rather begging will be better than cheating your customers.

    You have done your job. Now just wait and watch, how this issue is going to get viral on all social sites-within and outside India like on Facebook, twitter, Instagram, Whatsapp, Tumblr, WordPress, Diigo, Pinterest, Google,YouTube, Linkedin, Yelp etc. and all your customers will be aware about VOONIK.
