Shipping Policy

Shipping Charges :
** We offer free shipping on all our items.
** In case you choose to pay by Cash on Delivery, we charge Rs 50 on all
** orders below Rs 450. On orders above Rs 450, there are no charges.

Packaging :
** We package our products in beautiful boxes and envelopes which are then covered by bubble wrap sheets.
** There is no marking or product descriptionwhen the product reaches you making it safe to be ordered anywhere.

Shipping time :
** We process and dispatch your orders within 3 business days of the order confirmed.
** The orders are confirmed by your bank in case of pre-paid payment modes.
** In case of ‘cash-on-delivery’ payment mode, we need you to verify your order.
** Instructions on how to verify your COD orders are given at the time of placing one.
** You can expect your order to be delivered to you in 2-3 business days in major cities and 4 to 15 business days for other location.
** You can track your order online once it is dispatched for delivery.

Notes :
** In the unlikely event we are unable to deliver any item in your order, be assured that you will not be charged for that item in case of Cash on Delivery payment, or the full amount charged for the item will be refunded in case of online payments.
** In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 10 working days of the order, we shall cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and send you an email informing you about the same.
** In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded to your bank account which will be furnished by you separately to us or shall provide you cheque as per your convenience.
** If you believe that the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care or email us at care AT clovia.com, mentioning your order reference number.
** We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
** Some locations in India are served by India-Post.
** In case a Cash-on-Delivery order is shipped through VPP service of India Post, then India Post might levy an additional charge of 5% of invoice value which will be collected by the local post-office at the time of delivery.
