Delivery Time :
** The estimated time of delivery is mentioned for every product.
** Usually, it takes somewhere between 3 – 6 business days.
** However, in exceptional cases it can take up to 10 business days.
Shipping Cost :

  22. I bought 1 salwar kamiz price Rs.948/- from Mirrow. They mentioned in product detail with dupatta but I don’t get dupatta.. So I decided to return it. They said please courier it directly to our vendor address. This is not good policy but I send to their vendor address with my expense. They said to send it within 2days. I send on same day but after fifteen days they said your ticket is closed without returning my money back to my account and asking how is my experience.

    Lavender printed saree with blouse. Product ID is 1077319. It costs rs.519. I returned the saree on 12th October but didn’t receive the cash yet. Please refund the amount back. I have attached the proof of my return through mail.

  34. I have returned lehanga purchased from Mirraw and already mailed you the details as well. Since 3 days I am calling customer care no to confirm whether you have received the parcel and when will you refund my money but no body is responding on this no.     I would like to return the order as I am really unhappy with quality of dress material ,and I would like to cancel the other dress material order as well.
    In total I have 4 items,2 pair of ear rings and 2 dress material but I have got one dress material and I am not happy with it’s quality as I have gifted it to someone.       You can choose to do one of the followings.
      1. Request a replacement, either the same item or a different item from the website
      2. Request a coupon code of same value for purchase later on the website. Using the coupon code, you can select anything on the website equivalent of the returned value.

      How much time does refunds take ?
      Payment Refund is initiated within 1 business day of designer / Vendor receiving back the package.
      Refunds are are completed by Mirraw.com within 3 business days. After the refund is completed from our end it will take following number of days to reflect in your account.
      Refunds Via Online Payments (Credit Card / Debit Card / Netbanking):
      1. Netbanking: 3 working days
      2. Debit Card: 7 working days
      3. Credit Card: 9 working days

      Refunds Via Bank Transfer (for Gharpay Payment / Cash Before Delivery):
      1. 5 working days
      Refunds are initiated only after all goods are returned in proper condition and same is confirmed with the designer.

      For example

      1. if you have made payment via Netbanking, it will take a total of 3 (Mirraw Processing Time) + 3 (Bank Processing Time) = 6 working days.
      2. If you have made payment via Credit Card, it will take a total of 3 (Mirraw Processing Time) + 9 (Bank Processing Time) = 12 working days.

  51. Hi team,
    I want to return one of my order as I don’t like the color. Kindly help me with return procedure. I want other product on behalf of that.

    1. How do I get defective Item replaced ?
      You need to notify us at team[AT]mirraw.com of any damage (defect) within 48 hours of receipt of the product with the photograph of damaged goods. We will ask you to courier the damaged item and back and we will reship the brand new replacement ASAP. We will cover the return courier charges for the same.

  52. Can we buy our products without email id?
