Khazana Jewellery opened its first retail outlet at NSC Bose Road in Chennai in 1989.In 1993, Khazana Jewellery expanded its business in Chennai with a professionally managed outlet in Cathedral Road, an up market area. The Cathedral Road outlet has eventually become the flagship store of Khazana. The next Chennai retail outlet was in the heart of the Gold market at T.Nagar.
I am your regular customer for more than 15 years in your Coimbatore branch from last 14 Dec 2016. I exchanged my old gold bangles and ring purchased from BHIMA gold engraved with 916 for new bangles. Both weighed exactly 19.74 gms (Old items ). They Assess my old gold to the value 46263.00. But the actual value should be by 55000. As per your gold rate, they mentioned the purity level is only 80% (Manual /Assumption method assessment). Please find the attached Bill for your reference. How the gold sold by BHIMA gold will be 80% purity? I made an inquiry in one of the reputed jewellery in Coimbatore and head in Chennai. They assess the purity by using machine. As these procedures are not known much to me and also I trusted Khazana for a fair assessment. But now I understand it wasn’t a fair assessment done by your people .
Hence I kindly request you make a fair inquire and pay back the difference.
