Shipping Policy

** As mentioned above, we ship the product in 10 working days of the order.
** However in some cases, including for reasons due to force majeure (beyond our control), we may take longer, than 10 working days.
** In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 10 working days of the order, we shall intimate you via email informing you about the same.
** In the event you decided to cancel the said order after intimating us in writing, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded in the manner you have made the payment.

** We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
** To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies, though please note that we shall not be liable for any delay caused from the delivery/courier service providers.
** If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged at the time of receipt of delivery, please refuse to take delivery of the package,

** We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
** In the event you return any item which is delivered to you in damaged/defective condition, there will be no additional shipping charges.

** Any inconsistency in name or address will result in non delivery of the product.
