** We provide Free Shipping for Net Banking (Debit/Credit Card) purchases of INR 500 and above.
** Any purchase below INR 500 (0 to 499) will be subject to a Convenience Charge of INR 90 per order.
** A Convenience Charge is the extra amount that the Courier Company charges for delivering goods to your doorstep.
** Shipping and Delivery of products will take 7 to 10 working days from date of order/purchase.
** On Return & Exchange OR Return & Refund, against payment through Net Banking, this Convenience Charge will not be refunded.
Return & Replacement Procedure
1) Customer must email customerservice AT khadims.com within 2 days of receipt of product to lodge a complaint.
2) Customer can except Reverse Pick-Up within 15 days after the complaint has been lodged.
3) Customer must Produce the Original Bill & Return the Product in an Unused Condition to the courier company representative.
4) Products must be returned in their original box in an Unused, Undamaged condition. No Stains or Discolouration will be accepted.
5) The desired shoe Size/Colour will be sent to the customer within 15-days after reverse pick-up.
6) In the rare event the desired shoe Size /Colour is not available with us,customer can request to use Coupon Code:
i) Khadim’s will SMS/eMail customer a redeemable Coupon Code of the same value as the product previously purchased.
ii) Customer may redeem the coupon amount to purchase a different product (either of equal or more value) from Khadim’s Online Store (only) within 90-days of its date of issue.
iii) Any excess amount above the coupon code price must be paid using Debit /Credit Card / Net Banking.
Steps to be followed for Return & Refund : (Debit/Credit Card / Net Banking):
1) Customer must email customerservice AT khadims.com within 90 days (3 months) from Date of Purchase of product to lodge a complaint.
2) Customer must send Images of the Damaged Shoe to Customer Service along with complaint.
3) Customer can expect a Reverse Pick-Upwithin 15-days after the complaint has been lodged
4) Customer must Produce the Original Bill and Return the Product to the courier company representative
5) Upon receipt of the shoe by Khadim’s, 100% Refund of Purchase Amount will be issued to customer.
6) Amount will be refunded to the Card/Bank A/c within 12-15 working days as per bank rules.
