  • Worst courier service I ever seen. from last 10days my shipment is not yet pickup. I am continuously calling to the ExpressBees executive, but they are giving me nonsense reasons. I Request all the companies not to tie-up with ExpressBees, you are loosing yore business.

  • Xpressbees has a pathetic service, they saying that they couldn’t deliver the order since the house (or) office was close, this is an absolute lie they didn't even call the customer while delivering the order very bad service, club factory should look after it.

  • On 25 Oct 2016, I got a message as your package is out of delivery and I have taken leave from my office for package but courier boy didn’t came here for delivery.

  • My courier is not received and got message from you that your address is incomplete and mobile not reachable. I read all above comment that all have the same problem means your delivery boy lying you. Just thing all customers mobile number was unreachable. Isn't it strange? Thing of it and improve your service.

  • I feel India post by the government delivers products faster than xpressbees. The name only says Xpress. I am sure they try to prove the opposite of the same. Shipment does not received. Customer care only keeps forwarding complains which never maybe read and acknowledged. Snapdeal please use another courier for shipment. Its been 10 days for my shipment. 24 - 48 hours is history with you guys.

  • Learn from amazon and flipkart how to deliver products to customer. What a courier facility is this? Where you can't contact your customer once whether they are present at mentioned address and if not then do the alternatives. I am frustrated with snapdeal.
