V Xpress is no more efficient. There looks like there is a huge system/ process breakdown and no corporate can be dependent on them in reaching the consignment on time or even anywhere close to on time. They look like have people presumably unprofessional. Better avoid V Xpress.
We had arranged for a delivery from Sahranpur to Mumbai,docket number – 3599129.
Upon following up with your customer care, I was informed that my package has been misplaced.
I am not talking about one small box, I am talking about 11 CARTONS!
How will you manage to misplace 11 cartons?
To top it off, the staff has no idea about this at all. Apparently, the truck that was supposed to get my package, has our products mentioned in their list but they left Gurgoan without the package.
And for 4 days, no one in that hub has even realized that our package has been left behind.
As per the managers, I was supposed to receive my goods on 20th-21st November, which suited my just fine since my exhibition is on 24th Nov.
However, now I won’t be receiving the package till 25th Nov. What am I suppose to display at my exhibition ?
Who will help to cover up the stall cost?
My docket no is 3588174. I received the parcel in very bad condition. All the things got damaged, when spoke to v xpress executive they replied some containers of some liquid fell in transit due to which my parcel got damaged but till now I am not getting solutions for it rather no body came to visit.
My material booked wide docket no-6836212 dtd-22/09/2016 from VADODRA TO GANDHIDHAM.
But till time I did not get that material. So i request you to please arrange to delver immediately. I will never book any material in your transport again.
Booking number 3391526 booked on 24-02-16 from New Delhi to Mumbai but not delivered.
