  2. I purchased a Xylo H8 on 30th June 2014 with 3 year warranty From Sireesh Auto Pvt Ltd, near Silk board, Bangalore. Vehicle no. KA-51-MF-5509;
    Customer ID – C151590939;
    Chasis no. E2C30192;
    Mileage – 21353 km.
    For the past 2 months, my ABS light indicator was constantly glowing when the vehicle was running, indicating there was some issue in ABS. I got it serviced on 10th Dec from the dealer who billed Rs. 3212.22 + VAT for ABS sensor kit, in a total bill of Rs. 18671. When asked for details they said it is covered under warranty but not mentioning the reason for billing the amount and neither returning the money.

    Similarly, the digital display in the central console is not functioning for the past 6 months. I have left the car for servicing and I was returned without fixing this issue. In the present service too this job is not done. I was told the sensor was not available. This too is under warranty and if it is not fixed in the next 6 months then the warranty is lapsed and I will be asked to pay for it. This is a real ridiculous service a customer can get.
    I am a proud owner of another Mahindra vehicle too. I have a KUV 100 K6 purchased in February 2016 (KA-51-MH-7890). I was one of the first batch customer to get this car in Bangalore even before knowing the feedback on this new launch. This is because of the trust I have in Mahindra. But looking at the service I get from that makes me think I should consider Mahindra as my next car.
    In this competitive market if you need to succeed, just market penetration alone is not enough, you need to sustain by creating confidence in customers mind about the brand. But I see that is missing in Mahindra.

  3. I am struggling to get an advance amount back as these guys could not make the sale happen. My strong suggestion is not to go to these crooks and go elsewhere instead.
    Pathetic that M&M is dealing with them.

  4. One of the Worst service I have ever seen in HSR layout branch, They wont care about the car. They will replace with Old parts. There are irresponsible representatives. If we put any valuables they will theft them. If we ask them they will be saying as we don’t know , there is no chance for theft.
    They are not at all mechanics , they are Gujiri shop workers.
    Please don’t go to HSR branch. You can’t get your car as before , they will replace the parts.

  7. Pathetic service from Sireesh. They absolutely dont care for customer. Post sales they are least bothered about the issues raising.

  8. These guys manipulate the estimation and do extra unrelated work which more than the ask and quote high billing amount
