Shipping Policy In Delize

Here at Delize we are committed to shipping your orders correctly, in good condition and in time. So we use a large network of couriers to ensure smooth delivery of products to you.

** We are currently shipping our products only in India
** We deliver on all weekdays (Monday – Saturday) excluding public holidays
** We generally dispatch from our warehouse within 24-48 hours of order receipt and the order should reach you within 5 – 15 business days.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges In Delize

** We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount. Rs.200 will be charged while placing a request to return/exchange the product.
To initiate return/exchange for any item please follow these steps:
