How To Initiate A Return?
** Call the Sleepyhead Support Team on +91 8884884345 or email at support [AT] mysleepyhead.com to raise your return request within 7 days of receiving the package.
** Fill in a simple Sleepyhead Order Return Form.
** Your return request will be validated by our support team in 24-48 hours.
** You will be notified, every step of the way, through email.
** We will be arranging for your return to be picked up in 1-3 days post validation of the request.
** Once your return is picked up, we will process your refund. Normally the banks take 7 – 10 days to credit the refund to your account.

What Are The Sleepyhead Home Furnishing Products?

** Under this policy, you can return or exchange the furnishing products listed above. Sleepyhead Returns are as easy as 1,2, Zzz
** Home Furnishings Products are eligible for return if they are received in a damaged or defective condition only. The same needs to be conveyed to the Sleepyhead support team within 7 days of receiving the package.
** Once you have shared pictures of the damaged or defective product, as requested by our customer support team, we will then validate them.
** Once the validation of the damaged or defective product is completed, the returns & replacement team will process your request for return/replacement.
** P.S. There is no trial period on Home Furnishing products.

Sleepyhead Mattress Limited Warranty :
** Sleepyhead Mattresses are warrantied against any manufacturing defect for a period of 10 years (Sleepyhead Sense and Sleepyhead Original) or 5 Years (Sleepyhead Flip) from the date of purchase.
** In case of any manufacturing defect (specified below) within 1 year of purchase, the mattress will be repaired or replaced with an identical product.
** In case of any manufacturing defect after the first year, either a repair or in case if a repair is not possible, a Prorated Credit Settlement will be applicable.

Covered In Warranty :
** Only Manufacturing Defects.
** Valid only in the territory of India and shall be extended only to the first end customer only.

The Warranty Does NOT Cover The Following :
** Any physical damage reported post 24 hours from the date of delivery & installation of the product.

** Manufacturing Warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect or accident of the product and/or improper installation of the product by the customer.

** Warranty Shall also not cover furniture products moved from one residential location to another by the customer, Furniture products moved to an unserviceable pin code, any modifications or alterations made to the products post-purchase, or not following the product care instructions.

** The Company shall not be held responsible in any manner whatsoever.
