I purchased sunflame 4 burner gas stove on 1.10.19. I registered complaint on 2.10.19 for not proper working of gas stove but nobody is caring. Anyone can look & reply.
I had purchased Sunflame Gas Stove from M/s Jagdamba Bartan Bhandar, Mahavir Enclave,New Delhi-110045 on 27/06/2016. It is giving lot of problem and I am trying continuously to your number to book the complaint i.e.0129–2275723 but of no use. The number is kept busy. Please appoint someone to visit and do the needful. One side of Gas Stove has caught fire and also on-off switch is little bit burned. I hope you will take the issue seriously and concern person will visit the home.

I purchased one Sun-flame LPG stove from CSD Delhi Cantt in Jan 2016. Now I have shifted to NOIDA Sec 137. The appliance has developed defects. Do I have to take to your service centre or you will be able to arrange on site service support. Help me out please.
