  1. Hello Team,
    I have submitted my cheque lat year but till now I have nor received the connection.

  2. We want to pay bill for our pipeline connection first time. Can you please provide the online payment link?

Gail Gas CNG Pump Lohiya Nagar is a worst place for private cars, they take extra money to fill auto rickshaw for pressure and for private car they charge the extra amount for car to come without line. There is no systematic way to deal with customers also abuse with customers. At every CNG Pump in India when two machinery is in line then the both machinery is having atleast one NSV and NZV nozzle each but in this station, they are used only one nozzle in one line to consume more time of private cars to fill auto’s to make extra money. In payment they used to say in night there is no online payment options. I request Gail company to take some actionsagainst them or provide more CNG station at this location.

  4. We want to take new connection for industrial use Gail technical (or) commercial team. They are not responding properly. Can you please explain the procedure and usage and safety aspects?

  5. I have applied for Gas Connection on dated 24/4/2018 at Gail Gas Office, Sonipat. My form number is 78301 and payment of Rs.5854/- made by my Credit card on the 24/4/2018. After making complaint on 9/7/2018 then they have started the work for gas pipeline and metering for this connection which is in the name of Mrs. MADHU, Sonipat (HR). When the gas pipe line work is going on I discussed with contractor for two more connection for two separate portion at ground floor in the same Address he agreed, Due to this we are saving the Extra Piping cost. He also told me at the time of TFT you have to Pay the both connection deposit and extra pipe cost. But the TFT is Not done many complaints done in Gail office sonipat Then I meet with Mr.Gupta (HEAD) and get assurance for TFT then we fill up two forms bearing number 61773 & 61774 in the name of Mrs. MANJU on Dated 20/9/2018 and paid Rs.500/- for each connection by the credit card on 20/9/2018.

    Further so many compliant is done but still TFT is not done. A year is passed and we are waiting for the connection, please do the necessary action at your end. One year passed no response by navratan company of India.

  6. I am a resident of the Laxmi Nagar, Sonepat. Gail India has recently started services in my location.

    The mechanic came for the connection fitting, did the mentioned things:
    1. Broke the Water Tank Pipe (500 Ltrs*2 water submerged into the wall before we noticed). We get it fixed giving extra money to plumber.

    2. Broke the glass which he promised to get fixed later, but, now denying to take responsibilities at all.

    Raised the above mentioned complaints to Sonepat Office, but, they are not willing to respond either. Please confirm where should this be highlighted.

  7. I am Satpal Singh husband of Kelapati a consumer of Gail gas. Our BP Number is 4000055774. I am a resident of house number 1188 sector, 23 Sonipat, Haryana. The first bill for PNG consumption was sent to us approximately after 8 months amounting rupees 16755/- wheareas we are only two inmates of our house. It was unreasonable and unaffordable and impractical. I made a complaint of this on 16-03-2019 and my complaint number was 7475. We requested the employees to check the installed pipelines of the house. They visited my house and found the pipe of the gas leaking. They assured us to rectify the bill on the basis of gas consumption of next month i.e of March 2019. I am sorry to say that my bill has not been rectified by your company. Moreover the bill was again sent to me increasing the amount Rs.18348/-. So I again request you to redress my problem of unreasonable bill and get it rectify at your earliest (or) I will have no other option than go to the court of law.

  8. Very bad experience with GAIL Gas Meerut. I am from Meerut. I applied for new connection. Contractor installed the gas pipe line in wrong side of my house. I am trying to contact the company office & officers but they are not picking up phone. All officials are very very careless & not supporting to the customer. All works are carried out by labour. There is no technical staff to visit the site. They are playing with the life of peoples. I hope the officials are visit my house.

  9. Very bad experience with GAIL Gas Noida. I am from sonepat. I applied for new connection. My TFT is situated in wrong side of my house. I request the company office to change my TFT but they refused it but gail company contractor asked me to give Rs. 1000 to change it.

  11. Dear all,
    I, Anil Kumar Gupta, president of Wind flower apartment owners Court. As discuss with Rajendra, he is not ready to give connection to apartment now and asking 3 month time to start it.

    We have paid 7800 rupee for 26 flats and line is connected to flats and for some meter also. I am very interested to start connection now itself by paying 5500 rupee for my flat and others are also interested but not all flat owners. I need your service as soon as possible and gas is already available at my building but only not started.

    I am taking initiative and making awareness to other also about these benefit and support to government of India initiatives. As I am a central government employee in DRDO.

    I want o pull this issue as per Rajendra comment to highest level and oppose for this kind of services which can be provided in 3 month. Is he against to generate revenue to government? Want to not give service

    If he is not willing to provide services to my apartment for willing owners, as a president of society, I am giving him clearance to remove all pipes and Gail Gas meter from my building and return payment of 7800/- which received against giving service.

    I applied for GAIL GAS for Residential purpose on Jan 15th, 2018 and till date there is no connection provided. However the deposit money of Rs.5500 was already deducted in a month time. Due to the bad service, I decided to cancel the services on October 24th, 2018 and now they said that it will take another 3 months for the refund which is unacceptable and pathetic service from the word go. Please someone look into it. BPN# ID is 4000096808.

  15. I am seriously disappointed with GAIL Meerut. I had registered for PNG connection on 9.2.2018 but till date no response. The given number is busy 24/7. Neighbors who booked after February got the gas whereas we haven’t seen any progress till date.

I have visited at Meerut GAIL office many times but no concrete solution is being done except harassing a customer. I have deposited Rs 859/- total fees in lump sum but no action is being taken yet. Request you to let the people awake who are sleeping in Meerut GAIL office otherwise I will go in consumer forum. My second action will be GOI.

  19. Construction of gas pipeline under progress in Kanpur section near village-Kaindha,Tehsil -Kanpur Sadar, District-Kanpur Nagar. I want to know about land compensation and standing crops damages compensation will be provide on which basis and is it the rights of way to do construction without serving any written notifications to the sufferers as agriculture land owners and farmers.
