Return Policy In Homesaaz

Conditions for return
1. Returns for Furniture and Lighting category will be accepted only for Damaged/ Defective products. Refund will be provided only in case replacement for the same product is not available.

2. Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged/ Defective product maximum within 48 hours of delivery

3. Please do not accept any products with damaged/ tampered packaging (excludes normal wear & tear and markings on the outer surface of the package, acceptable in the transit process)

4. Products/ Items should be UNUSED

5. Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices

6. It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no damage of goods in transit

7. Any products damaged post delivery to customer, shall not be accepted for return

Refunds Policy In Homesaaz

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days* of receipt of the product by HomeSaaz, provided goods are received in acceptable condition, as dispatched from our warehouse. Refund method will be based on the mode of order payment, as follows-

1. Orders paid for through credit/ debit card will be refunded back to the credit/ debit card

2. Orders paid for through net banking accounts will be credited back to the bank account

3. Orders paid for through HomeSaaz Gift Certificates/ Vouchers will be refunded in form of a fresh Gift Certificate/ Voucher of the same value

4. Orders paid for through other modes of payment will be refunded either through an account payee cheque in the customer’s name (as given in “billing name” at time of purchase).

5. Please follow up with your respective bank/ card issuer post completion of refunds process by HomeSaaz, to check on reflection of funds in your account. In case of cheque refunds, additional time may be required to ship the cheque to the customer.

Q). How are items packaged?
All items are carefully packaged as to avoid any form of damage. We ensure the package is water proof with plastic wrap.

Q). What are the shipping charges?
Sellers provide FREE delivery on most items in India. Some items may have shipping depending on the nature of the product. Also Prices may be different for different countries to account for shipping costs as sellers are free to set their prices and prices listed in INR are only for India.

Q). What is the estimated delivery time?
The estimated time of delivery is within 10 working days for orders. All orders get shipped within 5 days from the Seller’s warehouse.

Q). How will the delivery be done?
** We try to process all deliveries through reputed courier companies like Bluedart, Aramex, AFL, DTDC, DHL and Fedex. In some cases where the pincode/zipcode is not serviceable by these courier companies, we use Indian Speed Post for those deliveries.

** If there is no courier service available in your area, we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.

Q). How can I track the delivery of my order?
All Home Saaz items are delivered through reputed courier partners who will provide you with a Tracking ID for your order by which you can track your delivery on the respective websites of our courier partners. We email you the tracking number after we dispatch your order.
