Noor Chikankari provides free shipping throughout India!

Order processing:
We try to fulfill your orders as soon as you place them. In most cases, your order will be dispatched within 2-4 days. Our business days are Monday to Friday.

Shipping time:
** For most serviceable pincodes, we try to deliver within 5-7 days. But due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strike, remote locations, stock shortage, or any such reasons, it may take longer. You will however be able to track your package using a unique tracking link/number that we will email/SMS you after your order has been processed and shipped.

** We also have an Express shipping option. In that, we dispatch within 24 hours and deliver in 2-3 working days max.
** You can select this while checking out from the website.

International :
Shipping rate:
We’re only providing delivery to United States, United Kingdom and United Arab Emirates for now. Shipping rates are weight based and will be calculated at checkout depending upon the wieght of items in your cart.

Exchange & Refund Policy of Noor Chikankari

Exchanges :
** We aim to maximise your satisfaction level to our utmost capabilities and your experience on oursite as enjoyable as possible. Below are the terms of exchanges, what we do and what we don’t accept. Please read carefully before making a purchase.
** Making a purchase indicates that you have read, acknowledged, understand and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

Exchange Policy:
** If you have received a damaged product, a wrong size or a wrong product, you can send it back to us for exchange.
** You may send us an email at noorchikankari@gmail.com for an acknowledgement and address details for the exchange process or you can use the Exchange form included in your parcel to send the items back.
** Once your parcel is received by us, we will process the exchange within 3-5 working days.
** Exchanges will only be accepted within 10 days from date of delivery.
** The item will have to be undamaged, unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all the labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging to be eligible for exchange.
** Please make sure to include the original receipt/invoice inside the return packet.
** We do not have a reverse pickup service. The customer will have to send the item back for exchange by themselves. The charges for sending the product back will have to be borne by the customer.
** We only exchange with a different size of the the same piece. We do not accept exchanges with different designs or items. Please check all the pictures and description before ordering.
** We don’t do exchanges for Earrings/Accessories at all.

Exceptions:
If we don’t have your purchased item in the size you need or the same exact item in case of any other issues, we will provide store credit in such cases. The validity of the Store credit will be 1 month. You will have to use it and make a purchase within this period.
