Cancellation & Returns Policy

Cancellation Policy:
If you have accidentally placed an order and would like to cancel it before the order is shipped, you can write to our customer support team on customercare[AT]celloworld.com or call us on 7400007370. The order will be cancelled and the refund will be initiated within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request.

Returns Policy:
** All return requests must be placed in the website within 7 days from the date of delivery.
** Return requests can be placed under My Account
** The items must be returned with their original packaging in undamaged condition
** Images of the invoice, the product and the packaging must be uploaded at the time for raising a return request for the request to be considered.
** In case you receive a defective/damaged item we will replace the same at no additional cost.
** Images of the invoice, clearly visible image of the damaged/defective product and the packaging must be uploaded at the time for raising a return request for the request to be considered.
** The item to be returned will be picked up by our logistics partner and handed over to our warehouse
** The replacement/refund will be initiated thereafter
** The refund can take up to 15 days after the product is received by us
** In case you receive an incorrect/incomplete order please contact us via email on customercare[AT]celloworld.com or call us on 7400007370 within 72 Hours of receiving the order.

** The following shall be considered ineligible for returns
i. Damages due to misuse/usage
ii. Products with tampered packaging/product label
iii. Any defect/damage that is not covered under warranty
iv. Incidental damage
v. Product returned without its original packaging and all components
vi. Product returned in a condition different than which it was received in.
vii. After 7 days of receipt of the order

Delivery depends on your location. Check serviceability of your pin code on product description page.

What are your shipping charges?

We provide free shipping for all orders over Rs. 1000. For any orders under Rs. 1000, we charge a nominal shipping fee of Rs. 100.
