Shipping Policy of Shinisha

What is Shinisha’s Shipping Policy?
Shinisha is committed to deliver your order accurately in good condition and always on time. We believe in express shipping and most of your order is shipped within 5-7 days once the order is placed except on weekend or on public holidays. We deliver to all the locations across the world.

Shipping Restriction:
Any items notified by delivery company to be restricted and/or banned and/or prohibited from time to time(including but not limited to animals, bullion, currency, bearer from negotiable instruments, precious metals and stones, firearms or parts thereof and ammunition, human remains, pornography and illegal narcotics/drugs).

Important Information:
Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as the product is ready and within time shown on the product page. However, a delay of 72 hours is possible from the designer / manufacturer in case of unforeseen circumstances.

Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

When do we deliver?

All domestic orders are shipped by Courier Company between 9am – 6pm, Monday to Saturday. It takes maximum of 7 days for national shipping.

International Shipping:
Shinisha delivers globally and assures that the best possible courier agencies is used to deliver your product.

Insurance:
Shinisha insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by Shinisha and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

Refund policy of Shinisha

Dear Customer,
At Shinisha, we acknowledge your time and effort, and we understand the importance of ‘touch and feel’ in your purchase decision. We also understand the several questions that pop up in one’s mind while shopping online – Is the color going to be the same as the photo? Will it match my expectations? Is it Durable? Etc. and therefore our return and exchange policies are curate for a seamless experience.

We hope you love all our products and never have to return any; but even if you do decide to make a return, fill out the Return Form and notify us care[AT]shinisha.in

** The products purchased on shinisha.in can be returned or exchanged within 2 days of delivery. Post this, return or exchange is not allowed. Also, for the return or exchange to be valid, products must be returned in their original packaging, including hangers, poly bags, hang tags on garments, dust bags and gift boxes. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. This may be checked by our executive who picks up the product as well as in our warehouse.

There is only two ways to return or exchange the product:
1. We offer a pick-up facility in select locations basis our courier serviceability. If you select to schedule a pick-up, please place the product(s) in a packet. The product(s) must be unused, unwashed and all the tags should be intact. We will pick up the return within 1 – 3 business days from the request placement date. Keep the packet ready to expedite the return pickup.

2. Self-Ship: We request you to self ship through a reliable courier service & you have to share scan copy of the courier receipt with us on care[AT]shinisha.in giving your order id to help us track your order. A fixed amount of Rs.100 will be reimbursed subject to the return having met our Returns and Exchange Policy.

** Please note that we don’t accept returns on “Buy 2 Get 1 Free” offer. Only exchanges are allowed and while doing exchange process, 300 Rs will be charged from customers for shipping.

** Important Note – We make unboxing videos of all our customer returns to ensure that the product has been returned to us in its original condition. We have the legal right to reject any refund claim where we find that the returned product has been used and returned or if the original product was not returned back to us.

** Kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
** For Exchange, single product cannot be exchanged for multiple products. While customer can exchange multiple item at a time by initiating separate exchange request for each of the item.
** After submitting return or exchange request, parcel must be shipped and delivered to us within 7 days. After which it would not be accepted.
** If an item is returned we will refund the amount after deducting the shipping fee and convenience fee in the case of COD orders.

** For credit card, debit card, net banking, and UPI payment, we shall refund directly into the same payment mode by which you have purchased the product. The refund will be initiated within 7-10 working days of receipt of your returned item. It will take 3 to 5 days to reflect in your account.

** For cash on delivery, your refund will be given via Western Dress store credit( 1 year validity ).These store credit can be used for your next purchase OR You have a choice to get the refund credited to your Bank account in which case, we would request the bank account details.
