PATOYS Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy outlines the details and guidelines for shipping and delivery of products purchased from our website. Please carefully review the following information to understand our shipping procedures

Shipping Destinations: We currently offer shipping services within India. If your shipping address is located outside these regions, kindly contact our customer support team to inquire about the possibility of arranging a shipment

Order Processing Time: Once you have successfully placed an order on our website, please allow 2 Business Day for us to process your order. During this time, we will verify your payment, review the order details and address / Order via WhatsApp bot verification, and prepare the items for shipment. Please note that business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Methods:
** We collaborate with reputable shipping partners and having the tie-up with Shiprocket to ensure timely and secure delivery of your orders. The available shipping methods will be displayed during the checkout process, and you can choose the one that suits your requirements.

** The estimated delivery time and cost may vary based on the selected shipping method and the destination. Currently we are providing standard shipping method in which product delivery time is 6-10 Business days.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on our website or the carrier’s online tracking portal. Please allow a few hours for the tracking information to be updated after receiving the tracking number.

Delivery Time:
** The estimated delivery time 6-10 Business days or depends on various factors such as the shipping method chosen, the destination, and any unforeseen circumstances.

** While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, please understand that delays may occur due to weather conditions, customs inspections, or other factors beyond our control. If you have any concerns about the delivery status of your order, please reach out to our customer support team for assistance.

Shipping Charges:
** Standered Shipping charges is 0-0.499 k.g. = Rs.100 or will be calculated based on the shipping method selected, the weight and dimensions of the package, and the destination. The applicable shipping charges will be displayed during the checkout process before you confirm your order.

** We are also offering free shipping subject to live sales eg: festival season sale, stock clearance etc. Please note that additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply depending on the destination State / City regulations. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

PATOYS Return & Refund Policy

** We have a 48 hrs return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.
** To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
** To start a return, you can contact us click on chat button which is available on your page bottom right in green color. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Subject to Shipping Label.
** If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Items We Cannot Accept Returns For: Please note that we cannot accept returns for the following reasons:
Product Doesn’t Meet Expectations: If the product meets the description on our website and functions as intended, we cannot accept a return based on personal preferences or expectations.
Product Does Not Require: If you’ve purchased a product that you later discover you do not need, we cannot accept a return.
Product Arrived Too Late: We strive to provide accurate estimated delivery times, but we cannot accept returns due to delayed deliveries caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., shipping carrier delays, adverse weather conditions).
Product No Longer Needed: If your circumstances change, and you no longer need the product, we cannot accept a return.
Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with Unboxing video if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong or missing item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
