** Privee Paris understands the pain of online shoppers. Clothes need to be touched and felt on the skin which is a practical issue with online shopping. Fitting may go wrong or color may be different. Whatever your issue is after the sale, we are here for you to solve your issues. We will happily rework or exchange or do a full refund. Just remember that shipping to and fro takes time, except that we are ready to solve your all sartorial issues.
Domestic Shipping :
** Shipping is FREE in India.
** Orders are dispatched within 3-7 business days from our workshop. For custom size shirts we take 7 business days.
** Estimated Shipping Time 4-6 business days for all over India. Shipped via BlueDart and India Post (For Remote Locations). You will receive the tracking number for your shipped order.
International Shipping :
** International shipping is FREE for order values above INR 10000 ($126).
** For international orders below $126, shipping charges around INR 1000 ($14) apply.
** No discounts are applicable for International orders if shipping is Free.
Privee Paris Return, Refund, or Exchange
** Returns and Refund (100% money-back guarantee) Our policy lasts 15 days. Standard size shirts are always refundable. Custom size shirts are fully refundable but after a second alteration, the refund is not possible on custom size shirts.
Step 1: If you need to exchange/cancel the order, email us at contact[AT]priveeparis.in or WhatsApp at 7388875512.
Step 2: Our courier person will visit your place in 24-48 hours to collect the package.
Step 3: Once the package reaches our office and shirts are in original condition, you will receive a refund within 7 working days.
(Note: You don’t have to take a headache or chase us. Just tell us once and have patience and we will do it.)
For international orders, you have to ship them back on your own, if you wish for a refund or exchange.
