Jollee Returns Policy

How do I return/exchange an item?
The return request for an order must be placed within 7 days of the delivery date. Please follow these steps,
** Click on ‘Return’ under the “My Orders” section of the Mobile App: Jollee-Kids store / Website: jollee.in and follow the instructions. Please make a note of the Return ID that is generated at the end of the process.

There should be certain conditions attached for the return as mentioned below:
** The product needs to be returned in its original condition and packaging. Customers will have to take adequate measures to ensure the product is unused and free from any damage.
** Each of our products are shipped with tags. Preserving tags on a product is important for initiating a successful return request.
** Any Product without Original Packaging (price tags, seals, labels & accessories) intact will not be eligible for return or exchange.
** You will also need to return free product(s) (if any) or accessories received along with the product(s) you wish to return.
** Any products without the warranty card if received along with the product/s are ineligible for the return where the same is missing.

Jollee Refund Policy

How will I receive my refund?
Our refund policy is simple. You pay only for what you keep and get a refund for returns in case you don’t wish to opt for a product exchange. You can expect the refund process to get initiated as soon as the returned product qualifies for our mandatory quality checks and other verification rounds.

To know more refer to our below-provided refunds policy guidelines:
** Refunds are only eligible for products that qualify our return policy requirements and are successfully picked up for further verification.
** The process of refunds gets initiated after the return process is successfully completed.
** Your refund amount against a product return will be sent back to the same bank account with which you have made the payment against the order in question.
** For payments made through Jollee Wallet / Loyalty Points, refund shall be processed to the Wallet itself.
** For payments made through wallet gateways like Razorpay, the amount shall be refunded to your original mode of payment.
** In the case of Pay on Delivery, you can get the amount refunded to your choice of bank account. All you have to do is share your bank details with us.

How long would it take me to receive the refund of the returned product?

After the refund has been initiated by Bundleojoy as per the Returns Policy, the refund amount is expected to reflect in the customer account as per the following timelines
** NEFT – 7 to 10 business days post refund initiation
** Online refund to source account – 5 to 7 business days post refund initiation
** Jollee Wallet – Instant upon Quality Check completion

** Please note Bundleojoy initiates the refund upon successful return pick up, or after the returned item has reached us and quality check is successful. Therefore, the refund initiation time may vary by time taken by the courier partner to deliver the return to a Bundleojoy warehouse.

** Our refund policy is conveniently designed to enhance our customer experience. So, sit back, relax and let us take care of the rest! We promise to make the process as smooth as possible.

Late or Missing Refunds :
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
** First check your bank account again to ensure the refund has’t been credited to the account yet
** If the original payment method was credit card, then contact your credit card company – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. After that wait for the suggested time period by the credit card company to process & credit the refund
** If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, then there should be proper contact over the WhatsApp number provided on the website.

Jollee Cancellation Policy

At Bundleojoy, our primary goal is to ensure complete customer satisfaction. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. So, should you ever need to cancel your order, our dedicated team is readily available to assist you.

Order Cancellation Eligibility:
** Customers can cancel orders before they are Shipped.

** Some products, such as personalized or custom-made items, may not be eligible for cancellation. The eligibility criteria for cancellation can vary depending on the specific product and seller. Please review the product listing or contact our customer support team for more information.

How do I cancel an order?

You can easily request a cancellation from the Mobile app: Jollee- Kids store or Website: www.jollee.in
** Just go to the All Orders Section.
** Tap on the Item(s) you want to cancel.
** Tap the Cancel Button.
** Once you initiate a request, you will be asked for further details and the reason for cancellation.

Partial Cancellations :
** In case you have multiple items in your order, you can cancel them individually. You can also opt for a Partial Return or Exchange once the order is delivered to you.

What if I used discount vouchers or loyalty points during time of payment and I have to cancel my order?
** Discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order.
** If you had redeemed loyalty points for an order, the same will be credited back to your account in the case of a cancellation.

Refunds on Cancellation :
** If you had selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded because you haven’t paid for your order.
** For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or Wallet you will receive refund into the source account within 3-5 business days from the date of order cancellation.
** If payment was made by redeeming PhonePe wallet balance then, then refund will be instant post order cancellation, which can be later transferred into your bank account, by contacting PhonePe customer support team.
** The refund amount will typically include the product price and any applicable taxes.
** A full refund including the shipping charges will only be applicable if the cancellation is made before the order is shipped.
